That's not exactly it DuH
They're not telling us the United States as much as they're telling the United Nations that they'll declare a jihad if UN forces attempt to occupy their land.
I'm not sure I would blame them. Seeing as the UN in other instances has been guilty of atrocities of their own making. For example, when UN "peacekeepers" were extorting and raping women previously. If the cessation of genocide can be accomplished without the UN's intervention it should be a good thing. Whoever gets credit for it is secondary. If for example, the African Union can accomplish this, GREAT!

They are telling everyone hey you better not stop us killing people or we'll fight you grrrrrrr... I find that an empty threat because it should be assumed the people exterminating people would fight someone who tries to stop them from doing so. The AU is a disaster in Darfur and woefully unable to do what is necessary ..its had its chance..thats why the UN is taking over AS SLOWLY as it possibly can of course. Quote:

Like usual its members will play games and the Genocide will continue until the killers are done. On a good note the USA has defined the events there as Genocide since 2004 and has already obligated itself to do whatever the UN decides. The bad part of that though is that the US has decided to leave this issue to the UN..
