Default Save the Aramaic Speaking Christians of Iraq

Please help Save the Aramaic Speaking Christians of Iraq

Shlama…Peace!

Hundreds of Chaldean, Assyrian, Syriac, Christian peoples among them children have been killed in the North of Iraq and Baghdad since the "liberation" or for many the invasion of Iraq.

Raneed Raad 16 and her sister Raphid 6 were slaughtered in their home by Muslim extremists. The family of the two children were threatened and while their parents were away Muslim extremists entered their home and shot the two Children.

The Christians of Iraq are doing the best they can to let the world know that they need help and are being intimidated, threatened, and killed because they are Christians. In the past few weeks one of our priests has also been captures and tortured in Iraq by Muslim extremists.

Most people don't know what the Christians of Iraq have been going through. The world must not stand by and watch as the Christian children of Iraq are slaughtered. The last time this occurred was during the Genocide of the Sword of 1915 where thousands upon thousands of our population perished all over the Middle East.

The Chaldean, Assyrian, Syriac, Christian people are the Indigenous people of Mesopotamia today’s Iraq, and they speak the Aramaic language that was spoken by Jesus of Nazareth, the Christ. They want to live in peace with their neighbours but they need your help now because they are facing extinction.

Please sign the petition to show your support for the Christians of Iraq and to let the United States of America know that it should be doing more to ensure the safety of the Christian people of Iraq since Muslim extremists have entered the country, increased, and have unleashed themselves upn the Christians population of Iraq since the United States entered Iraq.

Default No.

Why would you single out Christians as your bretheren, to be saved, but make no mentions of the Muslims who are murdered by a far greater rate? Besides... you ought to see what Muslims do to atheists. Like the Dutch filmmaker, shot dead in the streets in a crowded city during broad daylight. Or a former Iranian high official who expressed discontent at the growing power of the Ayatollahs and of the mingling of law with the Qu'ran and sharia, who was killed by a suicide bomber with an explosive device in his camera.

Christians deserve no better than anyone else. If your two groups, Muslims and Christians, choose to fight and kill and die for your holy books, then, well, too bad.

How many petitions did you send out to punish the Christian militants in Palestine who murdered Muslims with pickaxes, hatchets, and scyths in deadly terrorist attacks throughout the 80s and 90s? Or what about the Jewish terrorist who broke the hand of a fellow Jew, a violin player, with a hammer, for daring to play a piece by Richard Strauss at a concert in Israel?

How many protests do you have out to save Africans who have HIV because the Mexico City Policy and local churches make it impossible to obtain even very basic contraceptive devices such as condoms?

Besides, your religion makes it very clear that you should forgive the Muslims, and love them, and turn the other cheek to them. Aren't they doing their victims a favor? Aren't they going to heaven? Wouldn't it be an unbearable offense on your part to try to snatch Christ-loving Christians away from innocent death, because you are basically withholding paradise from them? The whole thing is very theologically suspect. I hope you get that straightened out; I hope to see a LOT more petitions by you in the future.

PS Are human rights for homosexuals, too?
