On behalf and upon authorization of my compatriots from Samtskhe-Javakheti I appeal to all Armenians.

Brothers and sisters, we are in difficult situation.
Recently, ignoring our numerous protests, Georgian Parliament has adopted a bill, under which Meskhetian Turks will get a chance to return in Georgia.
Over 300 thousands people pretend to this repatriation. And due to the bill Georgian government is not obliged to provide them housing or to pay property compensation.
Thus, such resettlement of Meskhetian Turks leads to gross violation of our rights, because Georgian authorities are forcing us to abandon our legitimate territory.
The matter is that Saakashvili has promised to resettle Meskhetian migrants in Georgia to the Council of Europe and to his US sponsors. And he has already confirmed his readiness to do it as soon as possible in the face of Special Adviser of US State Secretary, Denk Kramer, during their latest meeting at a sit-down of GUAM leaders in Baku.
If now Armenians, lived in USA and all over the world, don’t help us, Georgian leadership will manage forcing us to leave our homes and villages. As a result of it blood purge will begin inevitably. And a civil war will flare up in our Republic again.
