This is an absolutely ridiculous case that makes every rational person shake their head. Of course, one has to understand that the political establishment in Sudan isn't exactly of sound mind.

Regardless, what makes me quite angry is the disproportionate attention paid to this case when worse cases of human abuse exist in plain sight. Absurd as this case is, the woman got a swift trial and legal representation.

Detainees in US gulags like Gitmo haven't even received that right.

THEY are violent, non-American citizen, non-uniformed (illegal combatants), intolerant, woman-discriminating, gay-killing, fanatical, totalitarian, murdering terrorist scum...SHE is a completely innocent 54 year old freedom-loving (democratic) British female school-teacher who was just trying to help her students learn...she even probably had to take a pay cut to teach in that hell-hole.
