This seems like your main arguement so i will just quote this. People have a right to keep certain things that they already poscess, like you said, but curretly not everyone inherently has what Americans would consider true healthcare, food, and clothing. To a degree everone inherently gets an amount of food, clothing and healthcare but compared to what people have it in industrialized countries, that kind of wealth is not inherently owned by everyone through their own work. You can make an arguement that people have a right to not be taken advantage of, but that doesn't mean at all that they also have a right to get something more. (if those people should have it is another question)
There is no connection with what you said people have a right to keep and your arguement why people have a right to clothing, healthcare and food.
