Not when I provide Superior argument that defeats your position and keeps My position intact. To claim to not lose an argument that you cannot answer to is "silly".

Once again:

Which argument of yours even resembled "superior"?

All of My claims are based on the Forbidden Truth, and are Superior. I do not expect a Truth-rejecting person like you to accept that.

To attempt to dismiss My posts #221 #224 and #226 by saying "so what?" is an attempt to run from their obvious Superiority. Are aformentioned posts are all required to be read and refuted before such a off-hand dismissal can even be considered.

The most important strength is a resulting emphasis on public policies to control crime that are politically feasible. The basic weakness is that by delimiting crime-control policies to just those that are feasible, we are left with policies that are either unlikely to make a significant dent in the nation's crime problem, or would do so at the risk of sharply curtailing individual rights and liberties.
I was referring to an individual's rights and liberties. Who is best to decide the persons right to die under the death penalty?

The discussion should be over the optimal punishment systems and how to minimise prison populations.
You are under the premise that murderers only commit one murder? The death penalty causes them to commit more murders?

Not sure I buy that one.

By dropping the marginal cost from committing additional murders to zero, the death penalty creates perverse incentives. That it will lead to multiple homicides only requires the assumption of rationality. Whilst we cannot assume all criminals are rational, it is of course nonsense to suggest that they are all irrational

And I watered it in fears, Night and morning with my tears; And I sunnèd it with smiles, And with soft deceitful wiles. And it grew both day and night, Till it bore an apple bright; And my foe beheld it shine, And he knew that it was mine, And into my garden stole, When the night had veiled the pole: In the morning glad I see; My foe outstretched beneath the tree.

A jury or judge, I suppose. That's the system we have.
