Yes it is bad for the lungs, you can develop some breathing issues....mostly it kills brain cells though.

Im sorry but you are dead wrong on this one....At least the basis of your argument. If you dont want it legal because you feel it dumbs down society, or because you dont feel it is necessary to have another intoxicating substance being used well then thats fine. Then it gets into a moralistic debate about government control, the will of the people, etc etc.

But on medical data....You cant even compare Pot and Cigarettes.....Or even alcohol for that matter because Cigarettes and Alcohol are hundreds of times worse for you.

As a matter of fact, the positives of marijuana stack up fairly well to its negatives.
Yes, they do. many people are very ill informed on marijuana because of years of propaganda and BS fed to us by the government.

Trained or not, there is always someone out there smarter, stronger, bigger, faster, and a better fighter. So you may just take my big ass down.

the question is whether or not it harms others, drugs cause crime, smoking does not. should we ban extreme sports? nascar? anything that could potentially put somebodies life on the line?
