I agree here, I think that the owner of a business should get to decide whether or not to allow smoking in his own venue. Why not let the guy that pays the bills make the decision..

I agree, but don't forget who enabled the owner to pay the bills...the customers. Apparently, The People have spoken loudly enough to enact smoking regulations, whether they are right or wrong.

That's the problem - the people who complain are tuned out by those who have more important things to consider and accomplish in life ...

Anti smokers need to get a life instead of crying and that and the multitude of issues they are ALSO crying about .... like national health care, no rights for a fetus, no high powered weapons, and so much more ,,,

You can never forget your customers, but what if your customers are smokers? You've abandoned their wants and needs by not allowing smoking in your venue, lets get real who goes into a bar with anything healthy in mind? A business owner should be the person who decides what to allow in their business not the government.
