For those that believe in the God of Abraham (i.e. Christians, Muslims and Jews) they would probably believe that such a marriage is ordained by God based upon religious dogma created by man. That is a religious belief and these marriages are conducted by the religious leaders of the "church" but they are unrelated to the legal institution of marriage. There is a "religious institution of marriage" and a "legal institution of marriage" and the two are fundamentally different. There are three options related to marriage:

1) A couple can be married by the "church" and not under the law.
2) A couple can be married under the law and not by the church.
3) A couple can be married by the church and under the law.

All three of these options are different and all three are valid. The legal institution of marriage under the Constitution really relates to option 2 because marriage by the Church is not required. The Constitution provides for equal protection to ALL People under the law and not under the religious dogma of the Church. On the issue of same-gender marriage is solely related to Option 2 and nothing else. No one requires or even requests that religious followers must condone same-gender marriage by their church but under the US Constitution they must condone it under the law which is unrelated to their religious beliefs. Christians believe in the Bible and can follow that in their personal lives. This is completely unrelated to the laws of the United States which are controlled by the US Constitution.

The real question is can Christians support the US Constitution? If they don't support the US Constitution then they "AINO's (Americans In Name Only).

Firstly, TRUE Christians always put God's Law above man's law. The Constitution is man's law. The Constitution, however, recognizes God's Laws in many sections, namely, the free exercise of RELIGION in these UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The Constitution was originally written as "don't step on my toes, and I won't step on yours". It was easy to follow, because the land was barren and empty, except for the Injuns. But it was GOD'S WILL and Manifest Destiny that the european would conquer these heathens and savages, and bring civilization to the New World. The Injuns and other mestizo populations are fortunate, and BLESSED BY GOD, to have received the white man into his lands. The Constitution was written with room and expansion in mind.

But times have changed, and America is crowded now, flooded with immigrants. It gets harder and harder "not to step on your neighbor's toes", when we're all standing shoulder to shoulder. And that's where we are. So the Constitution must be revised to reflect a different time, era, and setting. The Constitution is still relevant, though.

Christians in the United States do not have problems following the Constitution, because it mostly does not conflict with God's Law. If it ever should, and the Constitution conflicts with God's Law, then CHRISTIANS have every "right", by Divine Law, to turn against it. Because man's law is FALLIBLE and open to CORRUPTION while God's Laws NEVER ARE. God's Laws are absolute, can never be corrupted, no matter how long they exist for. What is true to GOD, was true ten millenniums ago, and will be true ten millenniums in the future. The Constitution is just a piece of paper. God's Law is DIVINE, absolute, permanent.

What do we all see in America today??? Zio-liberal corruption, all around us. Liberfascists want to silence their competition (TRUE CHRISTIANS). The state wants to marry queers. The state wants to mandate morality against Christians. The state practices and preaches SIN, in order to get votes. "Vote for me, because I ENDORSE your sexual perversions and deviancy!" A young girl or woman must be virgin, and the marriage must be consummated under the blessing of the entire community on the wedding night. A TRUE CHRISTIAN MARRIAGE is a COMMUNITY EVENT. It is the binding of two, respectable families, and two young lovers, for the rest of their natural born lives.....divorce is OUTLAWED, and any attempt toward the destruction of the marriage, falls under the direct responsibility of the parish, priest, or bishop who marries two young Christians together.

If a marriage fails, then it is the fault of the MAN, the HUSBAND first.....the wife second, and the priest who marries them third. The order of responsibility goes----MAN, woman, priest. Responsibility ultimately falls on men....because men are closer to GOD and CHRIST. Women are not self-responsible creatures. And we cannot put the responsibility of marriage and family, and the future of our nation, onto the shoulders of such weak creatures. It would be like loading a wagon full of stones, and having your dog pull it, rather than your oxen or horse. We entrust young TRUE CHRISTIAN MEN with the future of our glorious nation.

Why is CHURCH important???? Ultimately, it's not, and PROTESTANTS knew this. God is not a "Sunday event only". God is all days of the week, inside and outside of Church. But that does NOT give christians "the right" to dismiss the Church, as blasphemous American protestants have done for centuries now. It does NOT give you the right to criticize Catholics and other GOD FEARING men, who value community. Protestants are more selfish, egotistical, and farther from God. They need to rethink their relationships with GOD. Yes, it's true, GOD is inside AND outside of church. But protestants must realize the IMPORTANCE of the Church. It is a symbol of GOD. It is a reminder of HIM. It is a reminder that....within the sanctified realm of peace, within the Church, also exists God's Good Grace, as it exists elsewhere in life. But we MARRY inside the Church. We don't go outside of this. Because a priest, a representative of God's Word, exists to HELP and AID the marriage relationship, as a third party. He exists to make sure the bride is virgin, and that she will bear the Christian husband his children.....and the priest must make sure the Husband does not engage in sex frivolously with his concubines or second wives. The priest must make sure the Husband is not falling prey to SIN, recklessly. The woman's duty is child bearing, and family. The man's duty is providing and resisting SIN. The priest exists to make sure husband does not corrupt wife, and wife does not corrupt husband.

I have NEVER yet seen a marriage be successful without this....ever. Most non-christian, heathen marriages are FALSE. They're a farce, a mockery and mimicry of TRUE CHRISTIAN marriage and principles, which ALL aspire to. Everybody wants it, few can ever have it.
