I cant stop chuckling at this!

A couple weeks back, Blair announces that an FBI-style investigative force is needed in the UK to combat organised crime etc...

Now, Bush is all ears to an MI5 style organisation in combatting terrorism within the USA.

sounds like they could do a direct swap

There is a whole stack of former KGB agents out there, now maybe if we combined MI5 with the FBI add in some ex KGB influence then.................
