Is what these people are doing illegal? Doesn't look like it is. Whose fault is it that this happens then?

Do you want to persecute the rich who pay sharp accountants to deliberately seek out and use tax avoidance loopholes? Don't think so.

What is that then, class snobbery? I thought you didn't hold with the class unfair treatment thing.

All citizens are supposed to be treated equally in law and in tax. Why don't you go after the idle rich with the same veracity? If you can get them to pay tax at all, it will be worth much more.

If the rich can evade paying tax through loopholes and write off tax via "charity" contributions...
    Illegals are not citizens.

What they are doing is illegal, as they are using fraudulent credentials to obtain the refunds.
"The problem is, is that the way Bush has done it over the last eight years is to take out a credit card from the Bank of China in the name of our children, driving up our national debt from $5 trillion dollars for the first 42 presidents — number 43 added $4 trillion dollars by his lonesome, so that we now have over $9 trillion dollars of debt that we are going to have to pay back — $30,000 for every man, woman and child. It’s irresponsible. It’s unpatriotic!" - Barack Hussein Obama

Your predecessors didn't have any kind of credentials, most of them couldn't even write their names. You have strangely misspelt Euronames because when your ancestors arrived, the person taking their names wrote them down phonetically.

You want to make up your mind what your country is. It's either the land of immigrant opportunity for all where loopholes are great and snobbery and exclusion are bad ideas, or it's the land where you do your own dirty work and don't need any immigrant short of a degree. You want both. You want people you view as less than you to do your menial labour but you don't want them to have any rights. Well guess what. The people you deem menial have brains and can work your system in the same way the global rich rip you off.

But it doesn't just happen in US. There are issues like that everywhere viable. If you have a decent country, it attracts people who can make money out of nothing and they sometimes take a while to be assimilated and feel a responsibility toward the new community...usually they start wanting to contribute when they feel established and welcome and part of the community and therefore subject to peer pressure and cultural influence...i.e. when you care about their welfare, they will care about yours.

We are a land of laws. There is a legal way to live and work in the U.S. Follow our laws. Do not illegally suck off of law-abiding citizens. Millions upon millions of immigrants have come to the U.S. the legal way. This abuse happening to our hard-earned tax dollars is a slap in the face to everyone who did the right thing.

Bla bla bla...indeed it's a credible tale. An undisclosed person disclosed some previously disclosed "information" which was disclosed to the IRS and which it has been in possession of for many years and has acted on...but not to the satisfaction of your undisclosed source...who is not prepared to disclose his name or stand by the allegations he is alleged to have made.

This unsubstantiated report is evidenced by what? Facts and figures? Yes, yes, the man in the mask says he has lots of evidence and the reporters produce some more masked men to say they did it (why?) after paying their taxes, they claimed a rebate. If the rebate was paid for nieces and nephews, I have a few here. Is it all right if I come over and claim for them?

Quit making excuses for these law-breakers.

Which law breakers, those who have much more wealth than anyone could ever need but deliberately evade paying the taxes they are morally obliged to pay whilst laughing in your face and the face of every person who is manipulated into focusing on racism and exclusion? Righto then

I just read this today. Quote: " Illegals are receiving more than $ 4 billion of taxpayer funded refunds
by taking advantage of The Child Tax Care Credit. This needs to be addressed by Congres Immediatly."
It would not hurt if you called your congresman and senators and demanded that they do something about

Quit diverting. Corporations and individuals, even yourself, use legitimatete avenues in the tax code to reduce your tax burden.

Illegals are not even entitled to any loopholes.

    There's a difference.
