So, unemployment compensation is your solution to the millions of U.S. workers that are out of a job, and you wish to give any other jobs to illegals that buy this phantom "market-friendly" work visa?

Why be so concerned about a misdemeanor, when more serious crimes are even more real? In any case, it cannot be a State crime since it may only be a federal crime since 1808. Being fiscally responsible shouldn't be very difficult for most States.

It can solve our illegal on a permanent basis via Commerce since there would be no economic incentive to go through the black market. Why would anyone want to work here illegally if they could do so legally, even more easily?

Simply purchasing the right to work in the US would not be a guarantee of a job, but merely right to work in the US.

Unemployment compensation could prevent many forms of homelessness, even in Right to Work States.

There would be nothing preventing US labor from going to school to become more competitive with a global labor supply.

Your propaganda and rhetoric can sometimes be funny; but not this time. Coming from someone who resorted to fallacies most of our argument, it is no wonder you are so good at imitating a troll.

No sir you have not got a dam clue. You have no concept of case law or intent and constantly repeat the same gibberish. You sre so full of (*)(*)(*)(*) I can smell it from here. You want to play the (*)(*)(*)(*)ing game and are incapable of figuring out what people are telling you. I do know ASD people and I deal with it. My son has these issues and your constant droning really does put you in what can be viewed as autistic.

Actually, it could be said that the person who resorts to the fewest fallacies has the better clues.

Look I have cited case law set by the USSC. This law does not make less of the constitution but it is a judicial view looking for meaning. The USSC is here for that reason. You have refused to accept what has been put in your face and have no counter. Hell you did not cite the china-men case (I could easily tear that apart anyway). Nothing have you presented that counters the USSC decisions. Hence anchor babies are not citizens.

The issue no longer being a States' right since 1808 is a pretty good rebuttal.

But it is. Do you have any idea how the system works? Do you know what the States do? "DO" realize that technically speaking the reign of the Federal government over the sates is unconstitutional.

What we have was not the intent of the founders.

Read them. One and ten are important.

What we have today is not the intent. States freedoms are being quashed.

Now don't fu(k with me until you learn something.

Resorting to the Articles of Confederation is not very relevant since the ratification of our federal Constitution by a quorum of the several States and established as our supreme law of the land.

Immigration into the US is no longer a States' right since 1808.

There is no reason the several States could not use their Constitutional remedy to ensure commerce is lawful within a State, and charge ten dollars for inspection purposes, in the most fiscally responsible of manners.

Simply resorting to fallacies does nothing for your credibility. I am not referring to our Civil War Amendments, at all, for my argument since our Founding Fathers did a much better job at the Convention.

Article 1, Section 9 is sufficient proof of my line of reasoning. Our federal Constitution and Bill of Rights implies citizenship by birth, not circumstance.

A misdemeanor that drains the resources of the States they illegally reside in.

Many do not wish to pay taxes.

Many have something to hide such as a criminal background.

I do not buy this idea. There has always been a legal way to live and work in the U.S.

You have no understanding of our system then. Amendments are made to fix inconsistencies with the document. The courts rule on many things and the fact is until you get you ass off of your shoulders; thereby removing your head from your rectum, you will never get this.

It would be better if the several States exercised their Constitutional rights, instead of merely denying and disparaging individual liberty by bearing false witness to our own supreme law of the land. They could be generating ten dollars per person and ensure Commerce is legal within the State, if not the Union.

Why would they not wish to pay taxes, if they must pay taxes in any State they may reside? General taxes are usually unavoidable in any case.

And, applying for a work visa should be less than the cost of entry via black market means, and ensure legal participation in US markets, rather than black market participation.

Further, anyone applying or a work visa would be required to submit some credentials for identification purposes. Compare and contrast that to our current regime.

You don't have to buy into it, since it is a self-evident truth that if our current method worked, we would not have an illegal problem now. Nothing beats market friendly under any form of Capitalism.

There was no inconsistency in our original Constitution and Bill of Rights; what you are referring to was a legacy States' rights issue that was resolved narrowly to address that specific issue.

Article 1, Section 9 is very clear on the issue of federal versus state supremacy in federal matters.
