BREAKING - Sheriff Arpaio: Obama birth certificate a ‘forgery’

The sheriff is either an attention seeking rube, or he's functionally illiterate. His claims are past absurd.

ANYONE can read the law.

So you may not like Obama or his policies.. you may not like the color of his skin, but don't let these birthers make a fool of you.

All four of the lawyers are failed lawyers.. they don't practice law because they have no clients and no cases.. This is it for them.. They all have websites and they are all soliciting money.

 

There's nothing he can do. He knows he's a fraud. Obozo was hoping the issue would go away if he ignored it but that's not happening thanks to the internet.

 

The ones playing the race card to divert seeking the real truth are pathetic creatures!

 

Look I believe the guy was born in HI. But the Obama voter I was talking to didn't.

This is why I think this is a blunder for Obama. Perhaps he thought by keeping this thing going, he'd somehow help himself. From what I'm gather, he may be losing former supporters. I mean let's face it, you guys don't handle the issue very well at all.

If a white politician had a muslim name and admitted he spent years of his youth in indonesia and had a father who was never american, the media would investigate him no end. But because obozo is black the press gave him a free ride. Obozo is the BENEFICIARY of racism.

 

Sad but true. Any white president would have been run out of office by now, or at least doing backflips trying to prove where he was born.

 

I'll agree that it's not going away. I just find it hard to believe a poor white mom like his was traveling the world at that time.

 

Did you vote for McCain, the white guy? He wasn't even born in the USA.

 

He has probable cause?

So is he forwarding his evidence to anyone to do anything about?

Seriously- what kind of law enforcement officer conducts his investigation and presents his finding to the press rather than the grand jury or the attorney general?

 

Again, though, this highlights how democrats are blundering this issue. Instead of defending Obama's citizenship, you're making excuses, like "why wasn't this white guy asked the same question?" For someone not up to speed, this sounds like an admission of guilt.

It's like the back guy that gets pulled over for speeding and then asks why some white guy wasn't also pulled over. Not the greatest argument for one's innocence. He might as well say, "yeah, I'm guilty but other people did it too!".

 

McCain was born in Panama because his father was stationed there in the military.

But congress passed a law in the 1950's making the children of military and diplomats in the Panama Canal Zone natural born US citizens.

 

Its all been investigated.. He spent 3 years in Indonesia, attending a Catholic Grammar School and an International school..

His father didn't have to be an American.. that's the law.. Apparently you still haven't bothered to read it.

The color of his skin has NO bearing on the facts of law.

 

I frankly have never even meet another person who is even aware of the Birthers and their made up controversy.

I have never met a single person who has expressed any doubt that Obama was born in the U.S. Lots of people who disagree with him, lots of people who voted against him and are planning on voting against him. Not one who has ever even mentioned this to me.

Look at the campaign trail right now- Romney attacks Obama on the economy- why do you suppose he isn't asking about where he was born? Because to the average voter, it just sounds nutty, if not racist.

"We guys' are just arguing because we feel like it. Obama is President, and will be on the 2012 ballot regardless of what Birthers do.

I sincerely- and I mean this- sincerely hope that Birthers have many, many more press conferences with Sheriff Joe and Orly Taitz and I hope they announce regularly that they are Republicans.

 

total lie. you know very well the document obama provided is his original birth certificate. you know this, because you have been given the official statements by the state of hawaii confirming it is in fact his real birth certificate.

 

the experts have already declared it authentic. the only expert qualified to do so, the state of hawaii.

There must be something in the Constitution about that?

And what about his kindergarten records- why won't he release his kindergarten records like every other President?

 

McCain was born in 1936 so the law wouldn't apply to him.

 

That's not good enough to erase the doubts and convince the public that Obama is one of us.

 

lol, you guys are hilarious. you realize of course it was a REPUBLICAN administration in hawaii, and a REPUBLICAN appointed director of the department of health which confirmed it? are you suggesting a REPUBLICAN administration in hawaii conspired to elect a DEMOCRAT president?

McCain was born in 1936 and the Panama Canal was under US jurisdiction..

There was NEVER any question of his natural born citizenship status.. none. It was pure idiocy .... then and now.

Had NOTHING to do with 1950.. both his parents were Americans and the Canal Zone was under US control.

 

Up to the sheriff. Hopefully, he'll do what you suggest, and take it up to the authorities.
