police report sounded as if his gun was visible to them in his holster when they arrived.....I am only guessing Trayvon saw it

 

would you think he's a racist who sought to kill a black teen if he was white?

 

how would they when they didnt investigate anything the night of?

was he checked for drugs? did they check anything about his story?

 

If people cannot be objective and handle the truth then let the roits begin!

this is a lose lose situation here, the laws needs to be changed to ban guns because the lines become blurry under the stand your ground law

Well...how did he know the kid was unarmed? I mean, we have to allow for a presumption of innocence. Prove he didn't know that.

No, he should only be arrested if there is EVIDENCE that would support a trial. If not that is also injustice--even if the only injustice would be to the rule of law.

There are many people in this discussion group who want very badly to make it the "white" man's problem!

 

Why should we ban guns again? Because a minority of people are killed by them?

How about cars? More people die in car wrecks each day than guns in a week--maybe even a month.

How about dogs? Do you know how many people are killed by dogs each day?

Maybe we should ban books, too. Then people wouldn't get crazy ideas about liberty and personal freedoms.

 

Banning guns would put us into civil war overnight.

Even if Obama got the vote to ratify that amendment, you'd see states succeed instantly.
