Reverand Al Collecting Money For Travon's Family Right Now

Live on CNN at 12:35 EDT, Reverand Al Sharpton is holding a fundraiser for the family of slain teen Trayvon Martin down in Florida....Perhaps the ardent defenders of Zimmermann who are so numerous and vocal on these many PF threads should organize a legal defense fund for Mr. Zimmermann instead of sitting on their collective duffs and pontificating...Get involved folks!!

It's not like this boy was contributing to the family's finances. It's a loss for crying out loud and one that supposedly MONEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE for....i guess it goes a long way in salving the pain, heh?

This is something that IS appropriate from a minister, to collect money to pay for the funeral of the deceased.

 

As long as it isn't any more that a painless 20%....

 

Oh, this "minister" will be "collecting" far more than whatever is spent on St.Trayvon's funeral, I assure you...

 

It would also be proper for people to donate to a fund reserved for the legal costs of a proper defense for Mr. Zimmerman.

 

I actually like Al Sharpton a lot. So he believed Tawana Brawley? Is that a crime? Having faith in someone?

I am a bit perturbed that he would pray for someone to go to jail, but...if he can justify it in his religious views then its no business of mine.

 

How about waiting to see if that is needed.



I've no doubt, Sharpton knows how to collect from a worked up populace and how to keep a cut for himself. the scheister.

Sharpton is like others who collect...what is his cut? 20-30-40-50-60%...what? he is now and always has been self-serving. He does nothing for free.
