Do you have any evidence to support any of the claims you have made about the ASCE? FYI, many of the engineers who have published papers on the mechanism of collapse that brought down the three wtc towers are foreign nationals who work abroad. Until you can support your claims with credible evidence/discourse there is no reason to take them seriously.

NOW you're claiming it was mixed with other chemicals to make a high explosive which works via shaped charges.
