Obama Considering 'Executive Order' to Deal With Guns

Sorry man, but I don't see the world as a vast interlocking web of conspiracies by the bourgeoisie to enslave, conquer, or bully poor people. Thats how communists think.

 

Unless Congress acts, Obama can simply issue an executive order ... since we haven't seen the details of the executive order .... well, you may continue your regularly scheduled existence of right-wing paranoia and hysteria.

 

Confiscating guns is unconstitutional even if congress passes a real law instead of allowing Der Black Fuhrer to issue an executive order.

 

No sweat ... simply modify your weapons and ammo to 8.9mm and .224 .... then they won't be an assault weapon as per what an assault weapon is .... is ...

 

Or, libs can take their .224's and stick them...

I'll just stick with my 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms if you don't mind.

You mean like strengthening our immigration policy, drug policy, ect? The laws are already in place. If people don't obey them, making MORE laws does nothing. Enforce what we have and we have enough.

And what is their intent? Its already been proven that taking guns away from responsible citizens does nothing. Its criminals who are already breaking the laws, that are causing problems. Fix them. The real problem is crazy people getting a hold of guns. So how does the govt manage that one? Prevent anyone who's been to a shrink from buying a gun? Anyone who owns a gun and their kid gets diagnosed with ADHD, has to give them up? Make anyone who owns a gun responsible for a death caused by it, even if they're not the ones pulling the trigger? Are car companies responsible for speeding deaths. Are restaurants responsible for people dying from obesity related illnesses?

What more can you do to really help? Confiscation from legal owners ain't gonna happen without serious consequences and the legal owners really aren't the problem. Its the gangs/crazies where the vast majority of deaths are being caused and going after a certain race is pretty un-PC. And you obviously can predict when any crazy is going to go off. Although, in certain cases there have been signs and stupid PC liberal thinking got in the way of logic, specifically regarding Ft. Hood.

 

As far as I can tell, the President has no authority to alter or abridge the Constitution by executive order, he swore and oath to defend. Sounds like an "impeachable" offense so I truly hope he tries.

In order to impeach a President you need a Congress that is willing to and has the sack to do so. Unforunatly there are plenty of people on both parties that have no issue with a President gaining power because they want that power when their party gains the office. We saw this when Panetta told Congress that they no longer control war powers and all they did is whine. We saw this with the Patriot act and wiretapping. We saw this with torture being fine and dandy. We saw this with "indefinite" detention.

 

And those could have been killed with a (*)(*)(*)(*) .22 rimfire and you dumb ass liberals would not know the difference.

 

I really don't think there's a human on earth who cares what calibur bullet is about to enter thier head.

Combatants on the field of battle rarely use Assault Rifles to execute children from a foot or two away ....
