Holder begs court to stop document release on fast and furious

This is a dirty administration. They have been caught red handed supplying Mexican drug cartels with assault weapons. Then, they lied to congress about it. They are attempting to block the people's access to the actual documents. This is gangster gov't.

 

For ObamaCo, "transparency" OBVIOUSLY meant "you'll be able to see right through us"

 

The Supreme Court has not really set a precedent on Executive Priviledge other than to take it on a case by case bases. Sometimes they side with the President and sometimes they don't. As such, the lower courts really have no guideline to follow in the release of classified materials. Hell, in US v Nixon the Supreme Court did not make him turn over tapes right away. He had plenty of time to destroy all the tapes if he wanted because up until the time it was ruled on they were still his personal property.

 

These seem like an attempt to read DoJ documents and not Oval Office tapes.

Sure, but it's not Oval Office communication. This was an ATF operation gone bad and a cover-up.

 

I don't think obama has the moral standing to speak on the subject of gun control because he is a gun runner himself.

 

What are they scared of? What information within the documents could possibly be so bad?

Why aren't Obama supporters beating down the White House doors, demanding to know why 300 Mexicans have been killed as a result of 'assault weapons' the government walked into Mexico?

 

Those documents could make the difference between skating off to a comfy retirement and some 300 counts of Criminally Negligent Manslaughter and the grey bar motel for a long time.

He should be begging the relatives of officer Brian Terry and the Mexican Nationals killed because of this for forgiveness from a federal jail cell looking forward to a very long stretch.

 

Which makes Latino support for this admin all the more confusing. But then again, perhaps they think the implication of amnesty balances things out.

 

More americans died in Chicago from gunfire last year than died from combat in afghanistan. But no one says anything about the Chicago deaths.

I think their continuing support of Obama cements the premise that American Hispanics are far more concerned with government handouts than any amnesty for "disenfranchised, oppressed" illegals.

He promised them major immigration reform, and delivered next to nothing...
He walked in and lost track of thousands of weapons that have, and will continue to fall into the hands of criminals who kill their southern brothers and sisters.

The One sees the Sandy Hook shootings as a smooth ride down the hill to the peaceful valley of total government control of our lives. As BH Obama picks up speed he may notice that there are some serious curves on the road he has chosen and his brakes aren't working.

Definitely a cover-up. The strangest thing to me is that no one in the mainstream seems to care. Do you think they'd have just let this go had it been George W. Bush who had let 2000 automatic weapons out in the hands of criminals????? Hell no.

 

The media has shown itself to be nothing more than Obama's Ministry of Propaganda. The combination of Executive Branch power with Media power is a dangerous development the existence of which can no longer be denied.

George Orwell recognized the same phenomenon in several of his books. The phenomenon is a clear and present danger to every American who loves liberty.
