First, if they want to be regarded as some gender throughout every other area, how could their parents not know? Second, during PTA meetings, is the teacher supposed to refer to every student is "him or her" so as not to use gender specific words?

if you put someone into a room with others of their sexual desire then it is no longer simple.

If you then want to segregate you cannot simply create a 3rd bathroom because you would need to create a bathroom for each student who claims to be something else or risk creating a powder keg where 2 or more "troubled youths" are in intimate situations.
