It is on record that if the prosecution tries to portray Martin as an innocent never in trouble, no bad behavior person O'Mara will then petition the judge to present evidence otherwise. The prosecution is now on notice that this is about the 5 minutes during which Martin confronted Zimmerman and the assault occurred.
