Zimmerman stalked and harassed Martin, as I've stated often. I use the colloquial and not legal definition, which can be found in any dictionary.

If anyone stalked and harassed me, and implied that I didn't belong there while I was peacefully and lawfully minding my own business, I might confront them. I might teach them a less on about following people who are peacefully minding their own business.

then you aren't very smart about it. trayvon lost his rights when he pusued george. when trayvon saw george was on the phone he ran and then returned to confront george while he waslking back to his truck. these are the facts. there was no self defense on the part of trayvon. he was an aggressive violent punk as has been proven lately.

I've never committed a crime in my life, but I have a right to defend myself against stalkers. If anyone chooses to doggedly follow me around in my own neighborhood, they will be taught a lesson about harassing people who are peacefully minding their own business.

 

George was not walking back to his truck.. Look at the distances.. George could have been back to his truck for 2 minutes.. and TM didn't pursue him..

Trayvon was unarmed and had NO agenda.. He wasn't hunting imaginary burglars.

 

Sure he did, he stalked George in order to commit assault and battery. Those are the facts.

You have zero proof of what you just posted. The State said under oath they can't prove otherwise. So the events that took place were Trayvon pursued George and then attacked him.

These are the facts.

 

You can do what you want, but if somebody FOLLOWS me around my own neighborhood, there will be a confrontation.

 

The problem here is that George created the whole scenario in his mind and then acted on it. He saw a teen without a car walking home and caught in the rain ... and turned it into a criminal threat. Who does that?

 

And you will more than likely get arrested.

Margot, your are the one who has created entire scenarios in your head. Such as , your undocumented and unsupported "stalking" claim for zimmerman.

 

The neighborhood that Trayvon was lawfully living in was his neighborhood, no matter how you spin it. He was lawfully and peacefully enjoying the property.

 

Did you know that being a guest in a gated neighborhood is not a problem?

Did you know that NONE of the witnesses had ever seen George before?

 

By taking the law into your own hands and assaulting someone. If it were me you assaulted you would also get sued big time.

 

So what did he own in this neighborhood that made it his property? Or is this like the mysterious jewelry?
