Ditto. Dunns an adult with a professional career. He knows the score. It was really stupid to just leave. But then it was even worse to fire a gun into a carload of teenagers. Maybe Dunn was drunk or high or something. Either way, I think he's screwed. A boy is dead.

people in shock and disbelief tend to not be logical sometimes. but i dont think its grounds to take her down as an accomplice for murder. her actions or reaction had no cause for what happened.

The article said they were engaged, not married...

If h e had threatened to shoot her if she didn't leave w/him, then when they caught him and they would, he'd be charged also w/kidnapping....

    But that didn't happen.

i know that, but (*)(*)(*)(*) this was so unexpected im sure she wasnt thinking in her right mind. i bet she was very scared to come outside and see what happened. i just dont see throwing the book at her for something she didnt do at all in any way.

You have a point there about her emotions - everyone handles trauma differently, but how long were they gone? Wasn't it a couple of days? That's more than enuf time to get your act together, knowing full well your guy had killed a kid and contact the authorities...

Dunn knew he had killed the teen b/c they would certainly have been listening to the news while they were in hiding......

premeditation can happen in a split second they say

you only have to think, I am going to kill these people and then put in action a plan to do it

Ok, a full day. I guess I could read the article again, but all this Xmas cheer has made me lazy.....

I tho't they were gone 2-3 days and at least 100 miles away, sitting it out, hoping the nightmare would go away, but watching the news told them it was still real....

I believe that most (if not all) women would have done the same as his fiancee.

yeah i would agree if it wa 2 or 3 days and she did nothing because i agree thats ample time to make the right decision to call authorities. her fiance i agree needs the book thrown at him, but her i dont see a reason to have her face prison time or anything. no point in it as her actions did not cause any of it.

Well, I can honestly say .... not yours truly. I know I would have been so stunned, I wouldn't have able to move, let alone run to the car and jump in to leave, knowing my fiance had just shot someone. My total shock and panic would have frozen me.....

I know everyone reacts differently to trauma and shock, but I think most people know themselves well enuf to know whether they'd run from something like this or not......

It looks as if Michael Dunn will have to testify to prove that he, indeed, reasonably believe that Jordan Davis had a gun.

Dunn says that he thought teens were pointing a shotgun at him from another car. He did what any sensible person would do: he took out his 9mm and started firing at the car.

what I find very telling about news articles when it is white on black crime they will tell you the race of the perpetrator and the victim but when it is a black on white crime race isn't hardly ever mentioned. only way you find the race of the perpetrator is if they give a picture

That is what any sensible person would do

    - - - Updated - - -

Even if Dunn was innocent, there would still be many calling for his head as "vengeance" for Treyvon

There was no working camera o the parking lot. However after the punks in the truck fled the scene there was a video of that at a different place.

None of the actual shooting though.

Angela Corey is trying to railroad good man in another clear cut case of self defense.

I smell another acquittal. No rational, reasonable jury will convict him.

I don't know what the hell is up with that Corey (*)(*)(*)(*)(*). Does she just hate white guys or does she just love black thugs? Or both?

Why the hell didn't they record t the punks' interviews? In a murder case? Seriously?

The pigs were obviously trying to railroad Dunn right from the get go.

The pigs don't like SYG and they don't care who they have to sacrifice in the court of law and court of public opinion to repeal it. Pigs are scumbags.

Just couldn't stomach the thought of typing that last sentence without all that garbage that precedes it, huh.

Guessing that he'll walk, a guy out with his fiancée is pretty sympathetic.

He has a worse defense than GZ had, though, so who knows. Maybe they'll put him away. It'll depend a lot on his character I think, they'll go digging for racism, and he might need to bring up his character history to help his defense.
