Yeah...no evidence that Dunn was enraged...save for shooting into an SUV ans continuing to shoot as the SUV sped away.

He's going to jail. So sad your racist hero is going to jail.

    That's exactly what happened.

That is evidence that he was afraid for his life. Dunn has never commited a violent crime berore. It would be very odd for him to start when he is 45.

He will be acquitted. And there is no evidence that he is racist. His detractors on the other hand, they are a bunch of openly racist pricks.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Could you tell us what makes you think he pulled a gun because of loud music? I think you may be using faulty logic.

Sounds like a law-abiding sportsman standing his ground against scary, shorts-soiling rap music. What's the big deal?:gop:

I wonder what is taking the jury so long........clearly, this man is going to jail.......did the State over-prosecute by just giving them a first degree murder charge?

I think the may be hung up on the attempted murder of Tevin Thomas charge. All of the shots look clearly aimed towards Davis except a couple in the front passenger side door where Thomas was sitting. Some of the jurors may think he tried to shoot Thomas too.

It is really nothing like the Zimmerman case. I do agree with your point on the loud music. Today when I hear some teenager with loud music in a car I just remember back when I was a teenager and liked loud music too. Even though it isn't the same style of music the feeling is the same. I don't get annoyed at teenagers with loud music I just remember the good ol' days.

I see no reason to believe he pulled a weapon because of loud music.

What makes you think he did it because of loud music? Is it merely because the media calls it the "Loud Music Murder", or do you have some other reason to believe that?

It's been reported that therd where bullet holes in the rear of the vehicle, which indicates that they where fleeing while he was allegedly still shooting, which puts the self-defense story highly doubtful.

How long did the Zimmerman jury deliberate?

Here is a cut and dry case of murder and they are still deliberating, gotta love it.

They might be going back and forth on first degree vs second degree murder and more charges exist than Zimmerman had ... I don't think Dunn is walking away from this one.

Exactly. It all adds up to Dunn going to jail.

According to Dunn, it was the loud musci that started the conversation and eventually culminated into him firing his weapon. Dunn also admitted to shooting the teen, but cannot explain what he did what he did.

So, why did Dunn shoot at a car full of teens that had no weapon to begin with?

Haven't paid much attention to this tragedy. Is there any proof that a weapon was flashed by the teens? But honestly, who would fire a gun into a car filled with teens, much less, empty the gun?! Either the guy should go straight to prison(maybe the chair). Or he saw a gun and reacted with, IMO, overkill. Whatever happens, this won't go well for the man. What a wasteful and sorrowful thing, all around. May God comfort the families.

This case is nothing like the Trayvon/GZ case...........this guy will definitely go to jail.......it's just a matter of which charge.........GZ was innocent

i think you're wrong on both counts
dunn will be found not guilty
and Zimmerman deserved to be convicted of manslaughter
amazing how much the black community has made themselves expendable in our society

Dunn may be found not guilty, but the evidence doesn't support his account.

And Zimmerman was guilty of involuntary manslaughter. He's such a screw up though that despite being acquitted he keeps acting like an idiot, which guarantees he will end up in prison in the future.

I seriously doubt he will be found not guilty on all charges. The jury submitted 3 questions to the judge today. They were

    The questions and answers:

-- "Is the defense of self-defense separate for each person in each count?" Judge: "Yes."

-- "Are we determining if deadly force is justified against each person in each count?" Judge: "Yes."

-- "Or, if we determine deadly force is justified against one person, is it justified against the others?" Judge: "No. Self-defense and justifiable use of deadly force applies separately to each count."

From what I know of this case, I don't see how he's not going to be convicted at least of the attempted murder charges.

No the only weapon that was found in the car was a knife in the pocket of the dead kid.

Okay, thanks. From this perspective, the defendants guilt is large.

The defense is saying the victims had time to dump the weapon but they can't even determine if it was a shotgun or a lead pipe. Sounds fictional to me personally.
