This is a sensitive subject so I ask that no one sling around insults.

    http://www.cnn.com/2014/09/19/opinion/obeidallah-anti-muslim-bias/index.html?hpt=hp_t3

Since 9/11 happened, it's no secret that Muslim-Americans are looked at differently. There have been rallies in DC for muslim equality as far as being treated as Americans. The one question I have is this:

Why are muslim-Americans not rallying in DC to condemn the "holy war" that islamic extremists have waged on the United States, which began before 9/11? Why is there no public condemnation for these unspeakable tragedies (suicide bombings of innocent civilians)? Hamas fire rockets from hospitals and schools knowing that Israel will fire back at the locations the rocket was fired from....that's the most cowardly act known to man. Why is this not publically condemned?

A quick Google search would show you that American Muslims have, and continue to, publicly condemn terrorists.

Can you please provide me the link to their rallies in washington, or their media campaign? So far I just see a couple here and there that appear on Fox News or CNN.

Is there a rally this week in DC? I'd love to donate toward it.

Oh, so unless they hold a rally in DC every week, they haven't publically condemned terrorism. Now I see why you are restating the false meme that American Muslims never publically condemn terrorism.

Well you really should be careful about taking your own advice in that you seem to attack Muslims in the end here.

Really? I don't recall that being the case can you show me some evidence.

The one question I have is this:

There have been many outspoken Muslims when it comes to the issue of terror. Since the Muslim community is highly diverse in this country there is not a lot of chance that it will ever speak in one voice, why do you expect that and why is it the responsibility of American Muslims and not human beings in general.

Terrorism in the Arab community was not seen as connected to the vast majority of Muslims in the US who are not Arab. After 9-11 there was plenty of anti-terror Muslim movements, often met by....wait for....hate from Christians.

They do not publicly condemn what ISIS does. There is 1 Muslim who comes on Fox and actually condemns them and yet there are a billion Muslims. What does CAIR do? Maybe if they were more vocal, Americans would believe they were more serious.

The KKK, the killers of abortion doctors, Westboro Baptist, the Christian Identity movement, etc/. Why do you support these people?

No you won't. I'm a skeptic. Don't believe in religion of any kind.
Show me your proof of this Muslim outrage? So me how they are combating terrorist beside for small talk.
Your Huffington post busted them in lies trying to cover up knowing the Boston bomber was radical.

Words......talk is cheap. Action means everything. Not so much here in the US but in the ME.

The solution for all the ills is the Arabic states actions.

They most certainly do condemn ISIL... Read the Arab newspapers... In fact, they have not only condemned terrorism but have aggressively sought out and fought cells in their countries for over a decade..

IMHO - Muslim-Americans are laying low to avoid the backlash which it sounds like you can't wait to give them. I suppose you want them to walk out onto the streets and beat themselves bloody for what extremists are doing to their religion? If I knew there were crowds looking to dismember me, I'd avoid them no doubt. Sometimes being quiet is the best choice.

Yeah, there's quite a bit of that happening, in probably the majority of cases.

But make no mistake about it, there are many Muslims in this country right now that are simply waiting for more Muslims to immigrate to the US and more Muslim children to grow up before they feel they have enough numbers to make their presence felt. Then they will be more honest about their true intentions in this country. They're currently in a state of hudna, which is a temporary peace treaty they make with non-Muslims whenever they are vastly outnumbered and do not have the upper hand. Once that situation changes, the hudna is canceled and they resume hostilities. It's been their way ever since the days of Muhammad, and it will likely always be their way. It's why they will never be trustworthy in Western society.

So your position is that all Muslims are evil, be they dormant or otherwise?

We see more immigration marches around the country by illegals who could get deported by coming out, yet still march because they believe it will make a difference. Yes, why are we not seeing more marches by Muslim organizations condemning ISIS?

Don't people rally in DC to protest the federal government?

Why would Muslims rally in DC to protest against Muslim extremism?

Illegal immigration marches are seen on the news. The Ferguson protestors were seen on the news. I think the threat from Muslim radicals is a huge news flash, yet no marchers seen in the news condemning ISIS from Muslims. I have no doubt if there were lots of marchers it would be in the news. Unless you think our MSM wants to inflame anti Muslim sentiments?

This is similar to the fear felt and expressed toward Jews, since they are also kind of clanish and have ancient traditions that regard non-Jews as inferior, and all that fun stuff. The question is whether there's any real reason to be concerned, or whether we're just wanking here.

Moderate Muslims are probably more afraid of the radical Muslims doing them harm which is why they do not publicly come out and march against ISIS and other extreme radical Muslims. By not coming out and marching will most likely create more problems for them. They must know that is what Americans want them to do.

Why don't you tell me "according to your world" what has been going on the past 15 years?

Does the word "many" translate into "all" in your dictionary?

No, but your 'many' translates to more than just a few.

The Saudis have been fighting terrorists at home...

You see Muslims make Hajj .. the pilgrimage... and the bad guys overstay and hide.. That's why the Saudis round up 1800 every year and deport them and that's why they have been having pitched gun battles with terrorists for 15 years.

Security is very tight in KSA because they deal with terrorists every day. They come in over the mountains of Asir... in thru Iraq and they come as pilgrims.

That is what the word "many" usually means Einstein.

I would like to see marches here in America by American Muslims.
