    Harass Shoppers

Private citizens engaged in their private lawful business.

Just what the heck do they want?

It is not justice. Justice is you don't indict people unless you have evidence they committed a crime.

Respect? Respect is something you earn, what respect did Michael Brown deserve after committing a felony robbery?

Black lives matter - well who is killing blacks............OTHER BLACKS............what to do the shoppers at that mall have to do with it?

Racism kills - again blacks kill blacks where is the racism? What racism at the mall and by those shoppers.

Shouldn't they be protesting in their own neighborhood to rid themselves of the criminals who live amongst them, who commit the crimes against their fellow citizens and KILL THEM?

"Ferguson #MikeBrown protesters stormed the upscale Plaza Frontenac in St. Louis on Monday afternoon.
The mall includes Nieman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Michael Kors, Talbots, Tiffany & Co. and several upscale stores.

The protesters harassed and screamed at shoppers at Plaza Frontenac."

Oh yeah THAT'S how you get the respect and support of others.

They are getting desperate because after the ginned up faux racial issues with the Trayvon Martin event ultimately went belly up on these chronic race hustlers and agitators they figure that the death of Brown is, as likely as not, going to be their last great chance to score Big Time with even more White-guilt generated taxpayers' expense giveaway programs and special consideration laws before Barack Obama slimes out of office at the end of 2016 and then the gravy-train doors . . . begin closing.

Of course the irony is that what's happening is that the entire nation is getting a good look at how these protesters behave . . . and are not favorably impressed on the whole. Instead of winning massive amounts of nationwide sympathy and new support for their causes, they are instead generating a surprising amount of contempt among citizens of all ethnic and racial mixes who don't feel the need all the damn time to blame everyone for their problems except themselves.

Elections are just around the corner & liberals need to keep the charge of racism alive and they're using Furguson as tool to energizing they're base. Liberal leaders know the emotionally charged "label" game works and they're hoping it works again this election cycle. We'll see.

More whining from black thug apologists. They'll blame everyone except for the worthless rats who've embraced this gutter thug culture. And MSNBC has rendered themselves a joke by pandering to this crowd of primitive culture embracing morons.

I'm a democrat but I would rather all blacks be like Ben Carson than Al Sharpton.

Exactly. They are combating injustice with senseless 'protesting' and creating chaos. There are more productive and peaceful ways for them to go about making their disapproval, anguish, etc known.

When the protests started a lot of people thought that the outrage would blow away after a couple of days when the goon cops showed up in their scary outfits and military vehicles. The people didn't back down. They became more angry and refused to be intimidated. That scared the heck out of the cops and politicians. They still think that they can draw out the grand jury process so that the cop will escape justice for shooting down Brown in the street. They are foolish if they think that they can cover up his crimes without consequences.

People all over the world are fed up with being pushed around and they are more than willing to go toe to toe with the cop thugs wherever they are. Remember what they say: "No justice, no peace."

Mark my words - "The officer acted in accordance with accepted practice in our use of department protocol. The officer feared for his life, and his use of deadly force is justified in this context."

We hear it day in, day out.

Notice the "protestor" carrying a sign saying "We want respect."

Respect is earned. You get it when you STOP BEING FREAKING THUGS."

It doesn't. Fearing for your life can't be substantiated, and giving someone the power to determine this at will when authorized to use deadly force is egregious and ripe for abuse, as in this case.

Shooting an unarmed man is irredeemable. Use a taser. Use mace. Use anything. No reason to just kill someone because your SS badge gives you authoratai.

If respect is only given to those you subjectively decide deserves it, there won't be much respect given.

I was taught to respect all people, coming out of the gate. If you do that but the person proves he is worthy of it, that is one thing. But to have an attitude like you voiced is just ego arrogance. And it will insure more of the disorder not less.

When I journeyed into a different culture, respecting that culture went a long way. I didn't demand that the culture meet my subjectivity, before I gave respect. This is arrogance, and arrogance causes problems. This whole attitude of earning respect is a way to get out of respecting anyone but those that agree with you. I find that divisive, intentionally. I also find it stupid. I find it corrosive to society.

You're right. But this has gone beyond getting justice for the unnecessary shooting of someone, it has gone on to senseless rioting. Rioting and causing more despair, chaos, and violence is not justifiable either.

Has anyone presented credible evidence that the Brown shooting was abusive?

Isn't it? Let's look at the facts. Occupy and the Tea party didn't achieve much substantial change, at least in my personal life.

The MAJORITY, VAST MAJORITY, of Occupy and Tea Party protests were peaceful affairs. Some rioting happened, some looting, some violence, but overall, both were generally peaceful affairs, and they didn't impact as much change as either congregations had assumed they would.

Now let's look at the real Tea party. There was destruction of property, dissent, violence and ultimately, revolutionary war.

The powers that be like to pay lip service to our ability to protest and gather "peacefully" but the birth of our nation was not one of peaceful protest, it was one of the deadliest conflicts in our nation's history.

The powers that be ultimately wish to continue to be, and so, will not allow a protest to really affect change.

Do you seriously think a few candlelight vigils will change things? The powers that be know that eventually the political machines newest boogeyman will squirrel all the publics attention, and the peaceful protest will eventually flicker into nothing.

Without violence, anger, bloodshed... nothing will get done, because if peaceful nonviolent protest worked, we wouldn't have had a revolutionary war.

Can you seriously tell us that it wasn't abusive to kill an unarmed man with his hands in the air? Or, to kill an unarmed man when nonlethal alternatives are widely available?

I can agree on the revolutionary part, but for the matter at hand, these Ferguson protesters, they aren't achieve anything but senseless chaos. I mean really, what are they going to get out of it? They can't bring the dead back to life through rioting. The best they can get from it is an apology and respect. I believe they have received an apology, though I could be wrong. As for respect, they only lose respect by acting the way they are. Either way, an apology and 'respect' isn't worth all the violence.

Bottom line of what I am trying to say is this: The Ferguson protesters are just senseless. They aren't doing anything beneficial.

not really. For the most of us, we agree that waiting for some kind justice is preferable (due process), others prefer frontier justice.
If you gave them the guy they wanted, he'd be dead in ten minutes and they'd be looking for more. Mobs are usually not content with just one hanging.

Those cretinous protestors need to get a job, instead of wasting their time and bothering those who are actually PRODUCTIVE.

I disagree. The protests show the world that American propaganda about equal justice is just a lie. People around the world are watching what's happening there very closely and they will be outraged if Wilson walks. The US will lose major credibility just as it did during the civil rights era. People wouldn't be so upset if we were simply honest and not hypocrites about our values. This is not just a local issue. It now belongs to the world.

If the results come out wrong it will be lucky if there is any city left.

I think it goes deeper then respect and an apology, frankly. I honestly believe the majority of people that have paid attention to this case and others, know that generally, police powers have expanded drastically since 9/11.

In my honest opinion, what needs to change is protocol. Has life become so cheap that summary execution in the streets is acceptable, as long as someone can claim they felt their life was threatened? Lethal force needs to be the absolute last resort - not the one gone to in a split second decision by the officer.

Lapel cameras are a great idea, and should be required.

This is quickly becoming like Russia, where the corruption and abuse is so deep the population have cameras installed in their cars just to make sure they don't get screwed. GoPro will become a major investment opportunity if things don't change. Ferguson is just the tip of the iceberg.
