I highly doubt the SOS would just trash, loose or refuse to register 48,000 registrations and so far is all we hear is the good Rev making accusations. And on top of that the New Georgia Project refused CBS a list of the supposed "victims" they are (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)ing about...why...so they can verify they exist....lol....yea...oK..

It's fairly obviously quite the other way around.

    From your link;

According to the rules and procedures voter registration organizations are supposed to abide by, set forth by the Secretary of State's Office, it is required that the third-party organization tell the applicant to contact their county clerk if they do not received any communication regarding their voter registration after several weeks.

From the beginning, the New Georgia Project has complained that applicants they registered several months ago have not made it onto the voter rolls and are not on the pending lists and that the Secretary of State has had months to process their applications.

If that is true, than the potential voter has also had months to contact their county clerk, that is if they were told to do so by the New Georgia Project canvasser in the first place.

Corpses can't call in, and Illegal Aliens dont want to risk it. Legitimate voters arent registering with this third party.

That's entirely TOO LOGICAL. No card, no name, no PROOF they ever existed. How convenient!

OR how many people 'above ground' are being affected here?

For those here who are less than thrilled about using al Jazeera as a source, there have been multiple articles and background in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. And, yes, I do believe our state Republicans in high office are dragging their feet over it, because they know well that a very high percentage of those 85,000 who registered to vote will be voting for Democrats in the November election. Statewide (like for governor or U.S. Senate), those vote could easily tip the election into the "D" camp. And that scares the crap out of them.

Of course, you're certain. A snotty liberal in innuendos based on a story from AlJazeera. Stop the friggin' presses.

Well okay and good luck with that particular meme.

You're about to lose voter suppression as you already have gay marriage.

    Enjoy! :)

It's obvious we have the Desperacrat Madeup Nonsense Machine leading their lemmings, as usual, with COMPLETELY UNSUBTANTIATED CLAIMS.

I suggest you read the assorted articles from the AJC. You might also remember that reputable news sources ALWAYS use "allegedly" until someone is convicted, even if the case is a slam dunk.

There is not a shred of proof that the "missing" forms ever existed, were legal or anything else.
It is nothing but pure UNSUBSTANTIATED ALLEGATIONS = standard leftist bull(*)(*)(*)(*).

Somehow i get the feeling the "New Georgia Project" wouldnt give a damn about the minority turn out if they felt they would vote R.

Why does there need to this big push to get minorities to register if they dont want to? They can at the DMW when they get there ID oh wait that is supposedly racist...

Indeed. Also, the AJC has less credibility than even al jazeera, with the horrendous decline in circulation to prove it. Some of that is due to the internet of course, but lots of it due to pervasive leftist bias at the AJC for decades.

On the negligible chance that there's anything to this... eh who'm I kidding here? LOL.

A shame though, Donald Duck, Uncle Fester, and Obamaphone won't be able to vote this election, and I'll bet an internet dollar a MAJORITY of these registrations are of EXACTLY that caliber when more facts come out about this.

I doubt that they even existed in the first place....and lookee who is UNDER INVESTIGATION for REGISYTRATION FRAUD:

Top Nunn Campaign Ally’s Group Being Investigated for Voter-Registration Fraud

An advocacy group run by a key member of Georgia Democratic Senate candidate Michelle Nunn’s campaign is currently under investigation for allegedly forging voter-registration applications.

Georgia secretary of state Brian Kemp’s office subpoenaed documents from the New Georgia Project after finding “significant illegal activities” regarding voter applications submitted by the group. The state government has “received numerous complaints about voter applications submitted by the New Georgia Project,” including forged applications and signatures, as well as false information, Kemp told WSB-TV.

The probe thrusts the New Georgia Project and its founder and CEO, Georgia state-house minority leader Stacey Abrams, into the fray of a competitive race between Nunn and her Republican opponent, businessman David Perdue.

And what do you base that claim on, exactly? Because the story makes it clear that Georgia is not "investigating" anything.

    - - - Updated - - -

That's what you see in the mirror.

I pointed out how the law works, and you have decided to pretend that it doesn't. And you repeat your baseless claim for good measure.

Not much of an argument you have there.

    - - - Updated - - -

    Why would you doubt it?

A canvassing organization employed by the Republcian National Committee was caught red handed doing precisely that in Virginia in 2012.
