Thank you for the link to the article…… That is impressive….. but there is another quite possible explanation other than their take on what they have discovered.

They may have found another possible "trigger" for paranormal phenomena……. or opened up another possible way for us to view what is happening all around us in fifth, sixth, seventh or eighth dimensional space time. They may have allowed us to view one or more of our "spiritual guides?"

What they have found may fit very well with one or more of the 22 possible triggers of a near death experience.

Not sure what you refer to. Obviously, there are parts missing from the puzzle, but that doesn't mean there is a justification for making any of them up until we've tested them properly. The only difference between psychic claims and other unproven claims as far as I am concerned is that they do not easily conform to either the physics we consider ourselves to be fairly confident in (such as there not being a known method for the transformation of information) nor the statistics (such as any such method, regardless of origin, would be weaker than pseudorandom processes and therefore drowned in nonsensical information even if it existed).

No. There are of course details of what one means by out of body experience (can it be looking in a mirror? Watching a video of oneself? Having a dream of one self? Even hypothetically travelling in time or making a clone of oneself? The answer might then be different) but I assume you're referring to receiving sight information from some point in which there isn't a physical eye.

We know so much of our sight depends on our physical eyes. It's not like sight is an ever-present concept which is just locally unlocked by our eyes when we look at things, the eyes and the visual cortex are responsible for many if not all parts of turning light into pictures. For instance, how would focus work for a non-physical eye? Without a lens, a nonphysical eye would still only perceive the world as completely jumbled. How would preceptors work? Would a colour blind person see in colour blind vision? If so, how does the physical eye manage to influence the non-physical eye? If not, how would the non-physical eye know to give us the colours red-green-blue as we expect, how would it know not to give us a full electromagnetic spectrum and give us cancer instead?

That being said, it is expected that humans would come up with such a concept, since our brains consider our eyes to be a single viewpoint instead of the intricate parts. Similarly, the instances are quite explained in this manner. It would be very easy to check this, just let a person wear a piece of paper with a random word on it and let him read it from out of his body. This has never been done, so we have no reason above our physical intuition (which says it's wrong anyway) to rely on.

Back around 1992 I did go to Ms. Debbie Young who was one of the only people in my area who could hypnotize somebody and take them back in time to what they perceived as past lives.

I also could not be hypnotized...… but...… she is also rather gifted and I was impressed by what she told me she saw behind me.

She said that she saw The Vatican behind me.... which was difficult for me to understand at first because I am something of a Jewish wannabe and I was wondering what I would be doing at the Vatican?????

She also said that she got the impression that I had been a woman in my most recent past life and had died in a concentration camp??? I have zero conscious memories of any past lives..... but this was interesting because I have read a great deal about the holocaust ever since I was a teenager.

Of the little bit I know about this it would seem that both the U.S. Military and Soviet Military R&D Programs specific to this and other Paranormal possibilities had good viable results.

The U.S. Military and Civilian Joint R&D Program esecially had success in REMOTE VIEWERS.

The Soviets admitted in the late 1990's to have had success in very limited forms of Telekinesis.

Even though such programs have been said to be abandoned to the General Public....they are NOT.

Here is the thing.....the work done by Helen Wambach Ph. D. is also unreliable...IN THE EXTREME and I will explain why.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to have untainted and uninfluenced information gotten from any person or subject as a result of Hypnotic Regression.

Reason?

#1. The subject KNOW the reason why they are there even if that reason is to be hypnotised or even if the only reason given is to talk to a Doctor.

The person subconsciously and instinctively KNOW they are there for a purpose and such a purpose whether known or not prior to the Hypnotic regression a person who DOES NOT SHOW SIGNS OF AGITATION for being there is a person that WANTS ATTENTION and is desperate for it as only such a person with such a need for attention and such a need could be valid as in the cases of those who have blocked out some tramatic event in their lives and want to remember....or a person simply who KNOWS that they are going to be Hypnotized and wants to hold this experience of having a Past Life as something to tell others about and feel pride.

My theory at this time over why I could not be hypnotized back in '92 is that I may have had a rather influential lifetime in the past ten centuries that I was not at all ready to see at that time. Actually there does seem to be at least some evidence for this….. but the implications are pretty off the scale. If Helen Wambach Ph. D. and Dr. Chet Snow were accessing subconscious memories of other lines of time then…… it would appear that some very powerful beings may be making clones - copies of all of us as our personalities and identities evolve off in different directions in a number of quite different lines of time.

I personally loved the film "An Inconvenient Truth." I have watched it four or five times at least. It played a huge role in my deciding to join a political party that takes climate change very seriously.
