I guess we the Amercan people are just too stupid to understand how much Barrack Hussein cares about the USA, the US Constitution, and the results of Nov 4.

If only we could understand, we lesser people, how silly it is to think that Nov 4th election results were anything more than just a fluke. In fact, if we had any intelligence at all, we would realize that the election was stolen, and in fact a VAST majority of the American population is angry NOT at Barrack, but at their votes being counted for the Republican party, when in fact, they voted for Democrats.

This a VAST rightwing conspiracy (Hillary said so, so it must be true) against Barrack Hussein, and if only we stupid Americans could accept that then it will be that much easier to accept the laws which will be forthcoming from the pen and Smartphone of our Imperial leader, the Great ONE, Barrack Hussein Obama. Our Lord and Saviour.

 

Because Obama is the best thing that has happened to the Republican party in a long time. To get rid of that would be giving the 2016 election away. Leave Obama in office and allow him to continue to go against the wishes of the voters...LOL!

Not at all. Republicans are enjoying the early Christmas present Obama is giving them. By going against the voters and pushing another of the far left's wish list Obama is delivering the 2016 election on a silver platter. Is he really this stupid?

I think you are correct in the Presidents motives, but think you are WAY WAY off in how this plays out. This is going to backfire on him for sure. Already a few Democratic senators speaking out. Democrats are forever doomed to busing to the polls, etc...whatever game can get the uninformed voter to the polls.

 

Not sure as I did not follow every thing he said to anybody anywhere, but possibly since his national security reforms also ignored the current Constitution.

 

The best chance to stop this is for States to act on three fronts.

1. If the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT is using fraudulent identity documents arrest them after upgrading the crime to a felony, and toss them in prison placing children born here in foster care. Once accused and then charged with a felony they can then move for deportation as a felony, under existing legal policy.

2. Sue on the grounds the Executive Order illegally burdens the State for the costs of providing services to them since its not by an act of Congress.

3. Take the Medicaid funds and other ACA features then cut all funding to any hospital and provider for indigent care they can get funding from the exchanges and Medicaid Expansion thereby taking it off the table for illegals unless at the ER or private charity clinics not getting State funding.

This might be mean but the first would work and the other two would be fought out in court but that could take a long time enough to screw with the illegals.

Come on people this is an issue many fronts agree on a minority of Democrats, many GOP and we Communists, Socialists and others who support the rule of law and due process so I support confronting Obama on this even if it means playing hardball to do it but the State level to me would be most effective. Immigration is fine, I'm all for legal immigration and upgrading our guest worker system and even visas for students but there needs to be tight oversight and strong disincentives to breaking out laws in this area.

Yep and do so with all the benefits of complete citizenry, including -- that is no doubt it's also in the works -- getting on all welfare role goodies. In fact only two things are now to be denied; no voting rights (yet) and no attendant requirement to sit for jury duty. But that's about it.

Oh I think Gruber has entered the US political language permanently, or at least through the 2016's. I have see a lot of references to Dems being "gruberites" and Obama grubering the public in recent articles that had noting to do with health care

The republican party will basically die in 2016, and the last shovel of dirt will be on their graves in 2018. They have nothing to offer, except to fight the democrats, or rather Obama, which begin the day after Obama took office in 09. They made no bones about it in 09, and have continued, even as their party is splintered, divided from within.

The repubs cannot govern, they can only shut down gov't, refuse to do anything but far right extreme actions, like wanting to take welfare away from a people who have been sold out by pro business republicans. Or reduce taxes on the rich who are paying less now than ever before. And who will not invest any saving in America, but overseas.

Republicans have not given a damn about the people of this nation for a long time. And their run is just about over, with the next 2 years revealing exactly what they are all about.
