Absolutely not. I also wouldn't want him drinking a 6 pack first either. And with marijuana currently illegal, what's to stop this theoretical doctor from smoking a joint beforehand anyway? The War on Marijuana has proven largely ineffective. Your attempt to use children as political pawns is duly noted, how very Nancy Grace of you! However, I do agree that personal responsibility has largely fallen by the wayside in modern day America, and should be revived.
Well, pot smokers, one of your arguments are also sounds like "legalizing of marijuana will decrease number of people who used more heavy drugs" and in fact... What is your argument now?
Why is Pot Illegal? Why did making Alcohol Illegal require a constitutional amendment? Why did making pot illegal NOT require a constitutional amendment? Why did making ANY substance illegal NOT require a constitutional amendment? Why are conservatives A-OK with the government telling us what we can and cannot ingest, without any constitutional amendments saying so?
I have a simple plan. 1- make a all pain pills shaped like peckers. 2- make them all suppository. These two simple steps should cut back on pain pill abuse. At least in the straight community. Sorry gay males may see a slight increase.
Besides your ridiculous last line, we do have an epidemic sized pill problem. My mother is one of those addicts, after a bad car wreck resulted in a failed fusion of four vertebrae. A decade later and she's stuck on daily morphine patches and sundry other pills and no recourse to sue the doctor that miffed her spinal fusion. It's an awful thing, pill addiction.
You really show your ignorance. No one is being forced to take drugs. There is help available through medical or churches or self help programs. These people CHOOSE not to get help. It's their own damn fault! Time for them to man up, and do something for themselves. As I got older, those things began affecting my health, so I quit them, with the help available. Found a solution for smoking online. Cost me nothing. Did not need church or the government to do so.
Humor of your post aside, there are folks out there (heterosexuals) that would suck dick for cocaine. Something tells me that changing it to a suppository won't change the usage a bit.
People should be allowed to decide to destroy their lives however they like. I have the right not to have to pay for it.
name one case of a Marijuana overdose..... not even in the same ballpark republicans elected a drunk driver as the last President, how many OD on that drug? abuse exists legal or not, prohibition just makes criminals of those that do not abuse .
does she suffer from pain and need them to relieve the pain or is she addicted, there is a difference, why does her doctor keep prescribing the pain pills? constantly on pain meds or constantly in pain is not much of a choice for some .
Noone who's aggressive against marijuana knows such cases, it's a question that always casts them down.
Ain't none of us getting of here alive, and it's none of your damn business what substances I choose to put in MY body. If I end up killing myself, that's MY problem, not yours.
Liberalism is a National Crisis: It's time to act. About as valid as any other "national crisis" the government dreams up........
If that were the whole truth I'd agree. But the fact that you can get stoned, decide you want some Wendy's, get in your car, and drive on the same roads as me and my family ...makes it my business. I've posed a possible solution to that problem many times but nobody wants to discuss it. It's real simple IMO any law no matter how minor that is committed while under the influence of pot, in the pursuit of obtaining pot, or while possessing pot is automatically and instantly upgraded to the death penalty. Now you watch, somebody is going to come back with "blab blah blah alcohol blah blah blah".
Except studies have been done that show that stoned drivers, at worst drive the same as sober ones, and at best tend to drive better. Saw a story on it on 60 minutes a year or two ago, and they went so far as to admit that they WANTED to show that it was dangerous, but their results showed the opposite. And the comparison to drunk driving IS a valid one. Many years ago, a kid I was in Boy Scouts with got drunk, got behind the wheel, and hit and killed a little girl. Now, I have no problem with him getting an appropriate punishment for such an act, but he got more time than people who have killed others ON PURPOSE, and he served every single day despite having good behavior the entire time. Now, was his sentence to heavy or are the ones being doled out to murderers too light? That's a conversation that needs to be had. But a lapse in judgement (albeit a very large one) is NOT as serious as someone who takes another persons life with malice aforethought.
Simply a case of survival of the fittist. If you are so stupid as to do drugs and kill yourself, it improves the gene pool.
Ok, dude, you may drink alcohol which is absolutely legal, kill yourself too but think you are smarter.
Uh, what a bunch of sniveling. Ignorant even, because I've posted serious facts showing that the US DISTICT COURT and a Califonia state superior court prefer drug addicts. Yes, they prefer them alive, commiting crimes etc, so law enforcement and prisons can get increased funding. Obviously the covert infiltration buried the vital post I made in this thread with the information about the courts, and perhaps that excuses your ignorance, so I'll repost it. This page is about a lawsuit filed in the us district court where a copy was given to a reporter at my local paper had done a story about "Meths toll on kids". Two weeks after I gave her the copy, she was fired, then 16 other reporters and editors were fired, resigned or gagged. http://algoxy.com/law/no_free_press/sbsecretsofmedia.html The is district court secretly removed a 125 year old court rule giving a new magistrate and judge to a pro se civil rights suit that had been dismissed, but refiled with new co plaintiffs. The 9th circuit ripped off about 1/3 of the citizens of the us for their pro se rights and tried to assure that NO competent treatment for drug and alcohol addiction would ever exist. This state judge prefers meth labs to habitable housing. http://algoxy.com/law/ud.glenbrook/sbmethcook+court.html Got brain? Can you read? Understand laws? ON EDIT: Think of how much competent mental health care would held soldiers with PTSD. No, the federal gov does not care about its warriors or it's people. It is infiltrated.
I find it remarkable that nobody learned anything from the prohibition experiment, and nobody has learned anything from the war on drugs either. There is a lesson here perhaps too subtle for most people to understand: laws ONLY work if they are rarely broken. When most people break a law routinely, then enforcement of that law becomes whimsical and capricious. Refusal to understand this has resulted in the US having the highest percentage of its population in jail of any nation anywhere ever. Half of those people are there for drug offenses, but that hasn't even slowed down the rate of drug use. Massive stings, arresting dealers, spending trillions has done nothing but make the dealer network so wealthy they literally don't know what to do with the money and keep it boxed up in huge warehouses. Oh, and destroy lives. Oh, and make the police appear to the public as a threat and not a service. What it all has NOT done is reduce usage. And where drugs have been legalized, no increase in usage has been noticed either - except for foreigners coming in to buy drugs. Clearly, everyone who wants to used drugs in the US today IS using drugs. Prohibition still doesn't work. And yet people STILL argue that the "solution" to the drug problem is more laws and more enforcement. It's notable that the big drug dealers are major campaign contributors to the most anti-drug candidates. THEY know where the big bucks are coming from.
Correct. Consider the infiltrated government over us prefers drug addicted dumbed down people. These people prefer being addicts to living in deep psychological oppression. They seek escape. Consider standing for rights, justice and freedom by unifying with other Americans to defend the 1787 constitution and restore government under it.
Mixing marijuana with other substances can radically increase the effect of the other substances. The pot by itself, with restraint and good judgement, seems to not be a problem. Kids are being mislead by media and abuse all of it.
Kids are better to test all they want on themselves now than waiting for growing up and using this (*)(*)(*)(*) at legal age. Does a person who uses heroine often remember about mixing it with marijuana?
