Which is the best way to cook pork? How do you like pork? I don't have much experience with cooking pork since I am from a Jewish family, so I'm interested in how folks do this.
I dust pork chops (bone in) with just a little flout, salt and pepper and fry them with just a little oil.. Remove chops when they are golden but underdone.. Add back to the skillet two apples sliced and peeled. .. and cook a minute in the drippings.. Make a lite gravy and return pork to skillet to braise for 8 minutes. Its good with cold slaw or green salad.

Easy and delicious pork recipe: get a pork loin, dust it with taco seasoning, place in oven dish, and cover with salsa. Cook at recommended temp and time for weight of loin but ten minutes before its done cover it with shredded cheese ( I use pepper jack) and let it brown. Serve with rice and veggie of choice.

Don't overcook it, or it gets dry. As it is cooked already, you just need to crust it up and heat it through. Try it with redeyed gravy, a coffee based sauce that is great with eggs. If you are an egg man that is.
