Well for one thing the chart is meaningless. For an IQ chart to have any real value it would need to be based upon standardized IQ tests....

Genetically, I believe Ashkenazi Jews and Northern Asians have superior intellect based upon ethnicity...if there's going to be a master race, it's not going to be the self-appointed Aryans. Of the 6 million Jews they murdered, who knows what has been lost to humanity...perhaps another Jonas Salk who discovered a vaccine for Polio..an Ashkenazi Jew. I also think our envoirment has a lot to do with it. I knew a Black lady who lived in Germany for awhile. She said the White people in Germany were some of the kindest, least prejudiced people she'd ever met. She said the German women were crazy about Black men! I've lived and worked in DC and Detroit. People of different races get on with their commutes by car, on the subway, bus, etc. in majority black cities, without racial taunts, routinely.

 

If you're speaking about TANF, this statistic looks blatantly false. If you flipped your number and said that about 75 percent of black households are not on welfare, you'd be closer to a factual statement. It's important to disseminate correct information, if people are going to have these discussions.

Where I lived in the bay area it was not safe to go to a all black neighborhoods. Whites lacked the freedom to go where they wanted but not the blacks.

 

Because of the weight of history, that's why. That's also why is so easy to make jokes about the French, the English, the whites, even the Americans (although since patriotism is still very prevalent, that may be risky) but you can't joke about blacks or jews, or the Flemish (in Belgium) etc.

When you (as an American, a white, a French or whatever) have been on the "winning" side of history, when you are the one that conquered half of the world, dominated others and still live in a heap of wealth while other starve on the other side of the planet, it's easy to laugh, even at your expense.

When you are on the "losing" side and have to fight everyday to have food on your plate, it's a bit harder to laugh...

The answer is: only time and the right policies can dim the scars of history. You can see that happening between Germany and it's European neighbours thanks to massive propaganda and government policies pushing in that direction. If you talk to a person that has experienced Wolrd War II, they usually still hate the germans, but that hatred has not survived in the younger generation and that is nothing short of a miracle.

Black people are still, statistically, much poorer or less well off then white people and are also still victim of discrimination. Until that's over, white people won't be able to skip about with their 800$ iPhone and designer shoes in Black neighbourhoods without being mugged.
