As predicted, Hillary couldn't keep her mouth shut either. http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/hill...-trumps-insults-genuine-war/story?id=32543623 So according to Hillary, John McCain is a "genuine war hero". Uh-oh. Hillary stepped in it in the biggest possible way. This is gonna be fun. Here's Hillary denouncing Trump in Iowa:
It has always been a mantra of politics that when an opponent is commiting political suicide, one should not intervene. So in as much as Trump keeps on reloading, it would serve Hillary best not to comment, but I am not sure I follow your "she stepped in it in the biggest way". Am I missing something? Though Trump is the right's flavour of the month, and I seriously doubt it is going to last, he is the top republican challenger right now, so political aforsims notwithstanding, it makes sense to point out that your biggest opponent has said something really really politically damaging to himself, no?
Watch, Trump is going to put the focus back on border security. Hillary just gave him the opportunity to do that, and score points doing it. McCain is not the issue, but Hillary seems to think it is. Seems to me, it's the perfect opportunity for a little byotch-slap, and I can't think of a nicer person to be on the receiving end of something like that.
Talk about a mess, Hillary has order that none of her supporters should talk to the press. She is a great one to comment on this.
So now she speaks. The pathetic part is those who care what she has to say. >>>MOD EDIT Flamebait Removed<<< Trump is doing it all for attention. The more people who talk about him the better.
True. Trump is doing this for attention and has no real chance at winning. I almost wonder if he's trying to help the person he supported before the primaries in 2008 by making the GOP look bad. That would be Hillary Clinton of course. Trump magically became a republican when Obama won the nomination in 2008. He was a democrat who supported Hillary before he supported McCain against Obama.
No kidding. He supported McCain in 2008? Really??? How? Did he fundraise, or speak at rallies, or what?
Yes. Trump said he raised 1 million dollars for McCain in 2008. I think he said that yesterday in the same interview/speech where he made the controversial comments. Watch the whole thing. Edit: Yes it was the same interview/speech yesterday. "I raised a million dollars for him. That's a lot of money."
McCain talked (*)(*)(*)(*) about Trump, so Trump talked (*)(*)(*)(*) about McCain. Hillary jumped in on the side of the guy who isn't running so she could stand opposed to the guy who is. That doesn't make her sane that makes her opportunistic. You honestly think this cow hag respects McCain or any service member? Get real.
Why would you think Hillary Clinton doesn't respect any service members? Or are you simply saying that because you don't like her?
Very interesting. Well that's a heads-up, for sure. I just checked his donations yesterday, it looked to me like he was still donating to Democrats as late as 2011. The change in his donation patterns first appeared in 2012, as near as I could tell. But these were 'donations', not 'fund-raising', so.... don't know what to make of that yet. Further research is definitely required. (Honestly, the first thought that came to me was "uh-oh, maybe Trump really is a racist", 'cause those dates dovetail with the black man in the White House). If Trump raised 1 million dollars for McCain, then he must have registered himself as a bundler, correct? Well, let's find out. Yep, there he is. McCain John, Donald Trump, Trump Enterprises. It says 88,000 dollars for the year 2008. Hm. That's interesting. 88k is not one million. Maybe this deserves some further checking?
I think Hillary is getting 'nervous' about a Trump run for presidency. She could probably beat Jeb because he's an idiot, but she will have a hard time beating Trump who (don't tell Hillary) is smarter than her, and can out debate her. She is sweating the fact that most Americans are sick and tired of watching their neighborhoods fill up will illegals. They are sick and tired of seeing 12 vehicles parked outside one apartment. They are sick and tired of paying for them. The US government won't report that MOST Americans do not approve of illegal immigration, or the very lax legal immigration policies that allow geriatric Asians to come here for free medical care, housing, food, etc. If Trump is truly on the side of the masses of disaffected Americans, he can win this.
"(Honestly, the first thought that came to me was "uh-oh, maybe Trump really is a racist", 'cause those dates dovetail with the black man in the White House)." It is a form of blaspheme to ascribe "racist" to anyone who doesn't approve of Obama, or illegal immigration. It couldn't because Obama's "Change we can believe in" turned out to be a bunch of pretty words--as is usual for members of the Socialist International. Disapproval of Obama couldn't be because he is setting up illegals to be eligible for Social Security, including SSI, which will cost Americans $billions. We are told that illegals put money into social security beefing up the empty social security coffers. But Obama wants to change that. Instead of beefing up the coffers, they will be draining them further. It couldn't be because of the TTP deal which will be devastating to America and American workers. It couldn't be because of the paltry response to Isis which should have been defeated by the all-powerful US military two years ago. It couldn't be because of Obama Care, which is a disaster--raising premiums for many Americans after he 'promised' it wouldn't; and which provides anyone from anywhere free medical care at the expense of premium- paying Americans. So many 'becauses'. But never mind that. People who disapprove of Obama and illegal immigration are "racist"!
Nothing will make Hillary of "I dodged sniper fire in Bosnia" sound sane. Having said that, I have little use for Trump. However any suggestion that Trump's antics spell the end for the republicans is utter nonsense.
Good points all. Of course, the only thing better than standing back and watching your opponant drown in his own stupidity is to hand him a glass of water. Trump is going to attack Hillary now. If she's smart, and she's very smart, she won't respond, and leave him flailing in the wind, the same way Barack Obama did in 2012. Trump is a game show candidate, and Fox is going to keep him going through their first debate for the ratings. Trump is going to quit, and he'll make a big show of flaming out. Then he's spend the next four years developing Trump Plazas in places like Peoria or Johnson City, where the locals will gladly put up their money just to touch Trump's robe.
12 cars outside an apartment building??? Apartments dwellers not supposed to own cars? Geriatric Asians coming for free medical care, housing, food??? Got a reference? The Trump-ettes have blown a fuse, I think!
they' d eventually ask her why she didn't speak out for the 'war hero and most famous veteran' Its basically a requirement now to stand up against the mean bully.. She's got nothing to lose with a comment in defense of the disabled elderly GOP statesmen and a lot to lose if she seems to stand idly by while he gets sand kicked in his face and his bucket and shovel stolen. Now that she has done her civic duty, she can afford to shut up and let the GOP eat its own.
Aw c'mon!! Hillary was busy looking for the 33,000 deleted e-mails!! Give her a break!! It ain't easy being a conniving witch!!
We're you actually able to keep a straight face while typing that? I know you're an "elected official" and have an agenda to push and all that. Just curious if you kept a straight face.
