Italy is on the front of immigration [overall from Libya and Northern Africa in general]. Regarding a "new Benito", there is a sector of Italian society which hopes in this since ... 1945 !!!.

This said, we [Italians] still wonder why we accepted to aid UK and France to run that military expedition to destroy Gheddafi's regime ...we had signed advantageous agreements with him and he was granting to stop immigration from those coasts ... now Libya is a mess, those coasts are free starting points to migrates towards EU and Libyan oil is going to become a resource for the Islamic State.

About the Gastarbeiter (Turks)... they actually claim to have rebuilt Germany and therefore have a right to stay and enjoy the fruit of their labor.
It could be very well possible they did rebuild. Germany was deprived of millions of strong men who perished during the war or worked as slaves for the enemies afterwards. 'tis a pity when one loses a major war. All cities lay in ruins from the incessant bombings of the Western Allies.

 

Its still up to the Germans...they could stop the invasion today if they simply cut off benefits...then the folk 'fleeing for their lives' will turn to the next most stupid country for goodies.

People in the western world understand such concepts as responsibility, population explosion (in third world especially), overpopulation, depleted water and food sources, depleted natural resources, and planet-wide chaos. We chose to not have more children than we could afford to provide for in a comfortable way. We did not have eight children and expect everyone else to pay for them, feed them, clothe them, house them, educate them, provide for their medical care.

Two children whose parents love and care for them are worth more than a dozen starving little rag-a-muffins living in abject poverty--children that would not have been born into such poverty if their parents were responsible. What is about having four children living in poverty, and then having four more that these people don't understand?

Even animals have enough instincts to not have litters when times are tough.
