of data, then, statistically speaking, it would be intellectually dishonest for you not to believe that there is a distinct

Federal Spending was flat from 1992-1998, the period of deficit turning into surplus. What is required is massive cuts to spending, and no new spending, like on total left wing BS like "global warming." Government spending doesn't create any wealth, it destroys it.
