Well.... Why do some black people and Rachel Dolezal claim to be African American if they were born in America to legal American citizens? The judge can still be Mexican even if he was born in America.

Having said that, yes, the judge can absolutely still be Mexican and living in America. No, Trump is not lying.

I can't believe that type of question would even come up as silly as it is.

 

That is certainly what minority groups seem to claim except when the person being judged is white. So what about my state in particular, the left claims that these people bring in a perspective based on their "diversity" and that is good but when someone says well that perspective based on their heritage might effect the outcome of my case the left gets all up in arms.

And this is not about Trump in particular but in a general sense.

A question....Do you have any idea the process a court goes through to pick a jury AND WHY??? When talking a Judge, we're talking a one person Jury....

Do you honestly think a randomly picked all Black Jury, could ever convict a Black person, an all white jury on a white person or especially an all Muslim Jury on another Muslim???

Do you think a person from a foreign culture parents, who had it rough, which most have, could forget their heritage in making most any domestic (non criminal) decision???

Who can judge Trump "fairly"? Only a rich Scots-German guy with three marriages and two mistresses?

 

If they are life members of LA Raza or ISIS, then Trump has a point. The judge in question does have membership to LA Raza, has published opinions on immigration that are not in line with the law and has ruled from the bench with decisions that raise questions.

His actions, affiliations and words create a valid concern about impartiality.

Trump certainly went about this the wrong, over the top, way. He should have simply asked the judge to recuse himself. But then that is Trump isn't it.
