Please take a look at these pictures and take particular note at the blue stripe on the rear of the car Sterling is standing in front of. sterling.jpg

Now take a look at the Baton Rouge patrol car the Police use there.. police.jpg

Would you say that it is the same patrol type cars that law officials use in Baton Rogue? What could this mean?

the picture with Mr. Sterling was not taken in front of the store he was shot, is it?

it looks as if it was taken in a park somewhere. So the next question would be, are those the same clothes he was shot in? Was the picture taken on the same day?

The picture of Sterling standing in front of the police car was taken during the day. The shooting occurred at night.

if you listen really carefully before the loud 'what the ** do wrong' , you can hear the police say in the video, (you have to listen), 'let's just all praise the Lord.'

the time segment is 23 seconds into the clip...

He was tackled because he was clearly asked to comply and didn't.

And it doesn't matter what the store owner says he did or didn't do, it was reported he had a gun (he did) and was pointing it at people (he was).

This is the picture that should have been circulated. This is who he really was.

Even without the picture, a reasonable person can conclude that Sterling had little regard for the law, and even less for those who enforce it. I cannot imagine a greater threat to public safety, than a felon brandishing a hand gun which he shouldn't have had in the first place. After first being tazered, subsequently tackled to the ground, Sterling still continued to resist. Apparently Sterling was absolutely determined not to be "taken alive".

If people would comply with an officer's orders shootings by police would drop dramatically. Fight them in court not on the street. In the street resistance may just put you in the ground.

I'm not saying the cop was right to shoot him, in fact I think he shouldn't have. But if Sterling would have complied he would most likely still be alive.

a voice analyzer would help ... sounds likes 'let's just all praise the Lord' or 'let's all get along.'
