Meshal quotes from theirs and Abbas has stated it is their most "important document so it's not even ill much less dead.

They have yet to state that they do not wish the violent destruction of Israel as per their charters nor have they rescinded their declaration that all the land from the river to the sea is theirs so no, nothing has changed.

Au contraire. You are the one who errantly stated both charters are dead when both leaders recently stated they are not by words and speeches.

Palestinian backers call them occupied territories while those who back Israel call them disputed territories . This is what happens when you start a war and lose, that was up until the dumb UN got into it.

    - - - Updated - - -

So then the Palestinians are the occupiers

The government of Gaza acceded to the unity government of Abbas, which required acceptance of Israel's permanence and pursuit of a peaceful resolution limited to non-violent means only. Gazan acceptance of Israel as a permanent state has been the case for years.

That is absolutely counter to the parts of that old Hamas document that people love to quote.

    Feel free to cite something.

The PA Charter also calls for the violent destruction of Israel, is said by Abbas to be their most important document and further stated it will not be changed despite being voted on to be changed.

Return when you have brought yourself up to speed thanks.

Now I'm waiting for "your source is not reliable because it's the Zionists/Jews" reply. Which will be a sure sign that any dialogue between us is impossible.

As if your "jews are rightful targets for Palestinian missiles" rant wasn't a sure sign enough...well, hope dies last.

Geez we were talking about Charters and the PA's Charter calls for violence as their official position to destroy Israel. The Likud's Charter calls for no such violence.

And, if Israel has done this from day one why then was it the Palestinians as part of the Arab League who were the ones who declared war on Israel who had just agreed to the UN to live in peace with her neighbors and called upon those same neighbors to work together for peace. Seems you have things a bit backwards when dealing with official history.

Oh, the first crime against humanity was when the Palestinians waged a war of destruction against the new nation of Israel rather than accept the offer of peace and have their own nation. They have yet to try peace and even now find ways to get around changing their official position which is to destroy Israel through violence.

Oh yes, I was going to get to that yet, just had to run a few errands.

Palestine Should Sue Israel for Genocide before the International Court of Justice

that the Provisional Government of the State of Palestine and its President institute legal proceedings against Israel before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague (the so-called World Court) for violating the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

:roflol: trouble is the Palestinians population is growing so fast that no accusation of genocide can be taken seriously.

Good comedy though, why not double down and accuse Israel of running extermination camps so you can say it's a Holocaust! :roflol:

Thank you, Sam... coming from you it means something! :rose:

Did you know anything about this:
Read on here, it gets excitingly interesting:
    http://www.medialens.org/index.php/...d-the-termination-of-nafeez-ahmed-s-blog.html
    --------------------

Doesn't that just about knock the socks off of you? Perhaps it is only new to me.
So, this is why the IDF every couple of years decimates Gaza to rubble to prevent them from developing anything.
And Nafeez Ahmed learned an important lesson: Don't criticize Israel!

Too sweet... thanks... coming from you it means something!

I did not know about the gas reserves, but have known for some time that the guardian guards truth, while pretending to be some bastion of free speech that others wont discuss.

When I talk about who owns/controls the media, I mean "the media," as in the entire information pipeline from the MSM (news, Hollywood, TV, even music), to alternative sites, to "conspiracy sites." Then you have to throw in Google, Youtube, Wikipedia, political forums, etc., and you can see how people stay so ignorant.

Every time I hear someone say "liberal media," I could vomit. It's just another part of the control structure that keeps most locked in a cage that should have an invisible sign over it reading "left/right paradigm."

The oldest trick in the book is to create an enemy and the 2nd might be separate and divide. Until we, as a humanity realize that we have way more in common with each other than we do with our rulers, we remain their loyal, obedient subjects, regardless of our individual perceptions.

Try telling an Israeli Jewish citizen that they have way more in common with a Muslim Palestinian than they do with Netanyahu (or the Palestinian with Abbas) or the shot callers behind him and see what happens. The same goes for Americans and Russians, Chinese and Japanese, Russians and Ukrainians, Blacks, whites, and browns, gays and straights, Jews, Muslims, Christians, Democrats and Republicans and any other ways they group us to keep us pointing fingers at regular people as opposed to the shot callers behind the scenes who see us anywhere from mild disturbances to their own personal slaves.

This is the essence of this current dark age. We see it play out on this board daily. It is not until we realize how we all have way more in common with each other, than we do with our rulers, that real change will occur.

All that said, the natural gas issue is huge all over the planet. Control the energy - control the people. Not to ramble on further, but as a quick fun fact, right after 9/11 when the troops hit Afghanistan, their first official act was securing a major natural gas pipeline that was then used to divert the majority of this resource to... you guessed it... Israel. The second act was destroying all the crops planted by Bin Laden's taliban that was feeding the Afghani people, and replacing those fields with poppies which now feeds the worldwide heroin market. Crazy upside down times are these.

Imho, they keep bombing Gaza to make sure they never rebuild and could never be a legitimate military threat. As they continue to expand, from river to river, it is necessary to not have people who can fight back in their way.

But this surely adds to the prize pool.

No my friend, Gazans should divert cement from tunnel building, and they'll have enough of it to rebuild in record time. And if they did not launch rockets from skruls and hospitals and playgrounds, there'd be nothing to rebuild in the first place :wall:

Now you are misrepresenting your misrepresentation. Cherry picking posts so as to not address the main points of that post, is not "addressing every argument"

What are you talking about "lost the war" ? The Palestinians (as a nation) did not fight a war against Israel because there is no Palestinian nation.

As a People the Palestinians are still fighting the war so the war is neither won nor lost.

Have you never heard of "The two state solution". Israel did not win any land through war. Israel was allowed to occupy the land on the basis of an agreement. That agreement contained a two state solution and provided boundaries.

Israel has been exerting control over areas "outside" the boundaries of the agreement. This is what makes them occupiers.

The Palestinians remain on land that was allotted to them as part of the same agreement.

If you buy a home, bought and paid for, get stuck in jail for 5 years, you get out and find a family has taken up residence on your land, they have built a cottage in your garden, refuse you access to your chapel, would you be OK with being told that you had to share your land with squatters ???
