Why is Trump not saying anything about the nationwide protests

Because if Trump criticizes those poor snowflakes and tells them to get the (*)(*)(*)(*) back to class, he'll be called racist and a meany weenie. It's OBAMAS job to put all those losers in their place for now. But he won't. He didn't say barely a word when BLM was burning down a town. He just criticized the cops instead of the people actually doing something wrong.

Obama needs to educate all these naive millennials and anarchists as to why the electoral college exists and what purpose it serves to ensure entire states aren't ignored by our govt and tossed aside as useless.

I think there is a legit question there.

His statements against pretty much every imaginable minority have been harsh and consistently repeated. There is every reason for concern - besides just plain disgust.

He's perfectly free to speak. He doesn't have to say anything that would get in the way of the operation of our government.

And, he HAS tweeted, but his tweets were dismissive and ignored the issues.

 

Obama was on the side of the rioters. Why the hell would he intervene?

Don't forget, he sent 3 reps to the funeral of the thug Michael "Gentle Giant" Brown.

 

Real question is why isn't sitting president Obama doing these things. These are his followers and he is remaining quiet, almost like he supports them really

 

How do you know he was on the side of the rioters? In fact he publicly condemned the violence or is that something you conveniently neglected to add??

 

It's like a child, because most are psychologically, ignore it and it will tire itself out.

Obama (and his progressive lib base) has never been on our side. Not from the local level such as the riots in the discussion, to not the side of the very military he commands. One of the biggest winners in this election is our armed forces, who I promise you are celebrating that they will soon have a Commander in Chief who is proud to have their backs.

It was a little tidbit in the article about how Libya was his greatest mistake. He said to the effect that he didn't care about domestic affairs as much. In which case, why the hell is he even the president?

 

Annnnnnd bunches of leftist leader types appeared at cop car crapping Occupy Wall Street movement camps and tried to enlist angry young people for Dem Party political advantages and got told to "Get stuffed!"

 

You also answered that yourself, when you referred to him as President-Elect Trump. He has yet to be sworn in, and it is not his place to usurp the sitting President's authority - and it is an authority who should be calling for the end of these riots. It falls squarely on President Obama's plate. His silence is the more disturbing, and represents a failure of duty.

 

He never accepted all American citizens for who they are, that was obvious in his rhetoric for almost 2 years. So why would he expect that those same Americans he rejected should suddenly embrace and support him now?

 

Hillary and Obama should tell rioters to accept the election results.

We do not reverse election results because mobs riot in the streets. They should go home and work on reforming the Democratic Party so they nominate a better candidate for 2020.

Where these "protesters" are rioting and vandalizing, as they have done in Portland, the Portland district attorney should convene a grand jury to investigate who is organizing these "protests."

This conduct by the rioters is not unexpected, given the savage attacks by the MSM, Hillary, and Obama against Trump during the last week of the campaign.

Obama and Hillary contributed to this polarization. It is time they step up to tell the rioters to accept the results of the election.

Well, it would have been great if it was only their own toys they broke, but there were some drivers, who were blocked on the street and the cockroaches busted out their windshields, etc. It was terrifying for the drivers and other innocent people.

This happened about 3 nights ago and I was surprised that there were no cops, they were observing. Of course they take orders from the mayor, who is liberal and he wanted to make sure the protestors rights weren't violated. The crowd grew, up to around 4,000 protestors and it got uglier and uglier. That stupid mayor should have had the swat team out there and even the NG on stand-bye. Haven't watched it lately......I'll tell ya, I'm sure happy living in my little community.

Portland and Seattle are beautiful cities. Fun to visit, but would never live in either one.

 

there is nothing for Trump to say, he should just let this run it's course so they have it out of their system by January
