Wow 300+, a real annihilation. The Democrats will be in the political wilderness for years. The GOP has WH, House, Senate, soon to be SCOTUS, State legislatures, state governors. The Dems have nothing.

    Well, the media.

The media is plenty. Not to mention all media entertainment and academia.

A few are putting that all together. But so far, it's too few. This cabal has never been more visible than throughout this election cycle.

Yeah, powers all in their hands now...until they screw up.

BTW, Obama defeated both of his GOP opponents in a much bigger margin than Trump. Truth is, Trump barely won.

Irrelevant. He won. There is no prize for second place, nor for winning by a lot.

    WH
    House
    Senate
    SCOTUS
    State legislatures
    State governors

What else is there to have? The Democrats may as well be Jill Stein right now. For at least 2 years.

    Enjoy those 2 years.

It's not irrelevant because he didn't win in a landslide. To say so is a downright lie. Truth is, he barely won, and he only won because some Democrats did not vote for Clinton in key swing states.

And yes, the GOP has full power. The ball is in their court now. And want to know what happened the last time they had full power? 2008,and the election of Obama.

the worst gop will do in 2018 is +-0 and thats a disaster.

I think there are only 3 presidents to gain seats in the senate while in office. Trump will be the 4th. The 2018 map is really just that bad for the dems.

I thought there were 8 GOP seats up for grabs?

So the worst they could do is -8, is it not? Exceedingly unlikely given they're all from Republican stronghold states (least Republican = Arizona lol), but it could technically happen.

I wouldn't call state lines gerrymandering, if you are talking about the senate. House, yes.

@___@ how do you gerrymand for the senate? I was referring to senate seats.

    - - - Updated - - -

No :) we have to be realistic lol. and the least republican is Nevada and if things stay as they are now we will probably lose it.

My prediction would be a minimum of +3 ne to a total of +10 net.
