    What an awful thing. I was surprised that such impatience was exhibited by a black man. Seems out of character in that scenario. I really feel for the Grandmother and family.

    well with a GOP controlled congress and PoTUS I would not expect to see any new ones for a minimum of 8 years and the SCOTUS being probably being decidedly conservative to the next 30 your screwed. Not that new gun laws could change human behavior in any way

    Sure we do. But had we either no restrictions or even no liberty at all, it would not address the problem of the lack of/and decline of values among certain of our people. In large, the problem is the dismissal of Fatherhood and the breakdown of family. This is what needs to be addressed. Because it is from here that the dissatisfaction, anger, and violence springs.

    I wrote the OP Commentary, and you obviously seem to miss the obvious. So, the only one having a slow witted day is you!!

    The Article that I quoted stated that a tall black man was the shooter. Since the majority of "tall black men" are in fact African-American, calling out that community to do the right thing is not race baiting. It can be assumed that there are not a lot of tall black men driving an older Impala in Little Rock, Arkansas. So, someone in his community knows who he is. I would even bet that this individual is known for having a quick temper. So, why haven't they come forward. The article also states that a two year old was shot in a car a month prior. No one was caught in that crime. Why? Because the community is covering for them.

    Now, if I was race baiting, I would blame the shooting on racism. But I don't know, or even care to know what the race of the victim is. It is immaterial. No 2 or 3 year old deserves to be killed. No matter what their race is. Hence my message. All communities need to rid themselves of these type of individuals.
