Well, not a better claim, but an equal claim. I suppose I do not find "But I saw it first!" as satisfactory justification that the finder should get superior possessory rights. Not sure what camp that makes me fall under. Also, I'm considering the fact that resources are limited in this world, and one day we will find out what happens when the last humans to the party get there once it's all gone, and what the best basis would be to minimize conflict. Which is, theoretically, cooperation. But I understand that individualists doubt that collectivism can ever be done efficiently and flawlessly enough to prevent conflict.
