It's not against the law to be a racist, if it was a lot of people on your side would be in jail with Bubu getting what you say they deserve. Justice is only a perspective. As for the victim's families, they actually forgave him, as stunning as that sounds. I would say hand over his fate to the victim's families, let them decide if he lives or dies, but that's far and away from our justice system. So, death it is. Leftists are against the death penalty only when the perpetrator of a hideous crime is a minority and the victim is White. Right of Center people, however, tend to be for the death penalty even when the murderer is White. Which side is filled with hypocrites, eh?
Anytime a prisoner gets raped the warden should be charged as an accessory to rape because he failed in his responsiblity to keep the prisoner safe from attack and injury.
Doesn't matter if Roof was white, black, brown, olive or red and it doesn't matter if he shot a homo, Muslim, a black, Mexican or a white deplorable. Why do you want to give him the easy way out? Killing him isn't going to bring back the dead people, but having him rot little by little in jail is true justice; i'm not sure all the families even want him dead.
Suppose he enjoys that sort of thing? Then you'd be giving him something to look forward to; I say let him rot in a 6x9 cell alone for the rest of his life with no other human contact (other then staff).
