I have watched Donald Trump's career for over thirty years.'

Most of what you saw in the press in the last year has been known to me for a very long time.

You call me a propgandist, which I take means that this is about ideology.

No, it's about character, integrity and trust. Trump has no character whatsoever and does not know the meaning of the word integrity.

Which is why only a complete fool would trust him.

I am certain that not one of the people around him other than his own family trusts him at all.

If true would be hilarious. If there were ever a candidate so completely out of touch with the hard working class it would be billionaire donald trump. The man has not worked a day in his life and, in fact, profited from the exploitation of the working class.

I do not believe that LICE Trump will quit but the fools are the people who voted for Trump. Sadly thisevfools have not only hurt there selves ( though do not know it yet) they have hurt all if us by hurting our country.

We can only hope that there are enough real honest good Americans in government, God intelligence services, and the military to prevent thus LICE from ruining our country.

Unlike the fraud Obama who was touted as a Moderate in 2008 and
was NEVER vetted.all we got was Hope & Change, ending the war
    and closing Gitmo.
Trump is gonna enhance border security, build a wall and deport criminal illegals.
Trump already stated he was lowering taxes in all brackets and gave
specifics on corporate tax rates and capital gains.
Trump ran on building up our Military which Obama ran down.
Trump said in no uncertain terms his wish to Rid Isis, once and for all.
Trump also harped on how unfair trade relations with China are and
how he will solve that disparity.
    Plus Jobs ... Jobs ... Jobs !!!
    Any questions

I do think that the reason that he is acting like such a twit when he should be preparing for the awesome responsibilities of the job these days is that he just cannot believe that whole country isn't lining up to kiss his ring. And we know he can't handle criticism.
But his biggest problem is that he just isn't going to want to to handle the day-to-day realities of the job. Absolutely right that he is no bureaucrat. His biographer said that he has "the attention span of a kindergartener".
You couldn't have found a guy worse-suited for the job.

Meh, Trump saved the country from Hillary. Good enough. You would think that after the democratic party losing so many seats taking the country over the cliff they would get a clue. Evidently not.

LOL, he is doing what he is supposed to do and doing it very well. Awesome choices for cabinet. Adults for a change.

I think there's an element of truth to that. Trump figured out that he could win the GOP nomination without ever getting 50% of the vote.

By the time the Democratic Convention came around, the Russians had been involved for a while and they doubled down on Trump. Whether or not the Trump team participated in that effort remains to be seen. But , I suspect that there is a reason why Donald Trump scrupulously avoided any of his security breifings, and why that report was leaked before the Inauguration.

Trump, for his part, has done little or nothing to dampen people's suspicions.

In his typically small minded way, he made the discussion about himself rather than national security. It worked for his base, which at this point, will fiercely defend even the most absurd behavior coming from their current idol.

But this will not last. It didn't last with George W Bush, who had more gravitas in his little finger than Trump ever will. (and that wasn't all that much). Six months into his first term, people were beginning to wonder if he knew what he was doing. And Bush started out with much higher approval ratings. I was no fan of his, but I did give him the benefit of the doubt, dispite my low expectations.

I see no reason, based on the 30 years during which I have watched Trump and his machinations, to give him any such courtesy.

You have to be suffering from some sort of derangement syndrome to even think of giving him that courtesy, based on his 30 yr. resume.

But to my point about stolen, this was a two prong scheme. The Russians hacking the DNC to make Clinton look bad, but much worse than the hacking, were the actual voter suppression tactics that really got her, more than the hacking. The Internet Crosscheck headed up by Kris Kobach of Kansas who was one of Trump's front men, had a list of 7 million potential voters who they say may have voted twice, and many were taken off the voter roles. This list included names of voters in Republican states only. Another very significant scheme was to clog the minority voters into one polling station in some of the big cities controlled by Republicans, such as Cleveland and Detroit. These potential voters simply ran out of time because of the polls closing, leaving thousands and thousands without the opportunity to vote. 87 voter machines were turned off and not working in Michigan leaving those votes uncounted. And there are witnesses to the crime. In Michigan alone, half a million voters were taken off the voter roles illegally. Estimates, minus the close to 3 million popular votes going to Clinton, 6 to 8 million voters in these Republican states were deprived their right to vote, because of these voter suppression schemes.

And so how do I know all that is true? Fast forward backwards in time to the days when Republicans were complaining about voter ID fraud that didn't exist ,and that everyone should have an ID to vote. Isn't it funny, that we hardly heard a peep right before the election or after, about the need for the ID? The thing is, they really don't need the ID, and they never did. They just used the ID excuse to exercise voter suppression. I said this was going to happen a long time ago, and that's exactly what happened. Trump did not win. The Republican suppression team stole it for him.

The information in the DNC/HRC e-mails you claim were hacked by the Russians.
    No one disputes their authenticity.

So... the OP is claiming there is no reason for anyone to protest or even talk much about Trump since he's quitting anyway, right?

I'm -sure- those complaining about Trump will be even less happy with Pence.
I wonder how many of them know Pence, not Hillary, will replace him, should he resign

    Keep dreaming!

Liberalism and Globalism is failing here and in the UK.

The Leftist press is losing credibility and viewer at a rapid pace.

    >>MOD EDIT Rule 2<<

Taking the country over a cliff?

The US economy is far better by any measure than it was in January of 2008.

Osama Bin Laden is dead. ISIS has lost three quarters of its territory

Illegal immigration is almost non existant.

Iran has halted its nuclear program (even though you don't like that).

20 million people have health insurance that didn't have it before. You no longer have to fear going bankrupt over health care (although I suspect you're on government insurance anyway), nor can you be refused due to a pre existing condition.

What part of "driving us over a cliff" is this?????

Yes, Trumpsters firmly believe tahts Trump is going to reopen the mines and relight the blast furnaces, and they're all going to get high paying Union jobs just like the old days!

That's what Trump was selling, and that's what you bought!

Except................ well let's take a look at some of Trump's cabinet choices.

We have a Treasury Secretary who made a fortune buying out rust belt companies, loading them up with debt, and then shutting them down.

Yeah, there's a guy who is standing ready to bring back those high paying rust belt jobs!!!!

But maybe the Labor Secretary can help........ except that guy doesn't believe in teh minimum wage!

How about the Goldman boys Trump is bringing on? After all, Goldman Sachs has paid some of the highest fines ever imposed on banks in the financial crisis!

Didn't your hero tell you that he was going after big banks like Goldman??????

Well, he did!!!!!! And he hired them!!!!! (after all he promised you one thing and did the opposite, but you don't care!).

Well, how about his pick for Education. She doesn't believe your kids deserve an education, and thinks that public schools should be run like the private prison system. That's not an exaggeration, by the way.

His hapless defense and state picks spent last week explaining to the Senate that they didn't agree with Trump's cartoon Archie Bunker world view,, only to have the Clown Prince give the Germans and the EU the rhetorical finger in their own press.

Of course, if you took your rose colored glasses and tinfoil hat off long enough to see what's going on, you'd be aware of these things. They're all facts.

Oh, did I mention that there is a real possibility that Trump made the Russians promises in return for their covert activites. Why do you think he avoided intelligence briefings for two and a half months?
