I don't think there is any question the Trump team is behind in the transition process. I think at last count they've only nominated 30 or so people out of 690 or so that need to be confirmed by the senate. They have asked, and at least 50 Obama folks have said yes, to stay on to help until things are more settled. The Trump team blew up the original transition process when Trump won the election, this set them back considerably. Also, the vetting process has been an issue due to a few reasons, not the least of which is everyone getting to the paperwork late and the vetting process is a bit more ponderous due to the number of billionaires. LOL. I would expect the Democrats to hold things up a bit, particularly for the more contentious cabinet candidates but, in the end, the Republicans have the numbers to get them all through eventually. Having Press Secretary Spicer jabber on about Democrats in his presser this morning was stupid and very unhelpful. He should also quit acting as a shill for the Trump hotel in DC. Mattis & Kelly will be confirmed tomorrow and others will follow but the Republicans should expect a fight on the more controversial nominations. Republicans complaining about delays in confirmations - the hypocrisy is amazing, LOL.
What I find troubling is that Trump has said that he'll begin his duties on Monday, 23 November. Apparently the President-elect sees the position of President as a Monday through Friday job. Doubtless he'll be spending his weekends at either his Trump Tower palace or his Palm Beach palace. And let the serfs eat cake. Regards, Jason Bourne
Saw it and had a good laugh. Thanks! Trump will be a true poster boy for absentee leadership. Regards, Jason Bourne

I guess we will have to wait and see. Everyone seem to have underestimated him up to this point, so I wouldn't bet money on it.
Well, well just have to wait and see what happens. But, if trump wants to get anything done in foreign affairs, hell have to learn to act like an adult. A tall order for someone whos lived a life of privilege and never had to answer to anyone. Its one thing to act tough while standing behind a wall of security people, as trump has always done. But, if Putin were alone in a room with trump, hed make donnie-boy eat his red lines, then hed make him eat the crayon he drew them with. Not many people will fear donnie the way you seem to. Lets just hope donnie doesnt drop a couple of nuclear bombs because some world leader insults him in a tweet. Trump is that unstable.
Unlike the now departing president, Trump actually understands how to manage things, and how to surround himself with solid people with various areas of expertise which likewise know how to manage things. And it's not so much that I fear Trump as that I believe him. He will not be quick to draw red lines, and when he does, there WILL be consequences to them being crossed. And yes, while I hope President Trump curtails the tweeting once he's taken the oath of office (though it appears more and more likely that he won't), I do not buy into the "he's unstable" charge. That's overly simplistic...
I am a retired Marine officer. I took my oath to protect my country from enemies foreign and domestic very seriously. As I watched Trump lay a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery, I recalled his comments about the mother of an American hero, his willingness to weaken NATO on the basis of dues, his salacious comments on that video about women, his immature and childish tweets, his praises of our devout enemy, Putin, and now his desire to weaken our Allies by urging them to leave the EU. I saw him lay the wreath and I silently cried. Whatever happened to men like the Roosevelts, Truman, Eisenhower, JFK, Johnson, Reagan, and George H.W. Bush? The idea of man like Trump laying that wreath made me very sad. I don't understand how a man like him became President. Is it because Americans rebelled? They were angry, and they voted in anger rather than use their minds. This isn't about Clinton. I'm wondering how a man like Trump got the Republican nomination. If it matters to anyone, I am a card-carrying Republican. To my fellow Americans who are Trump supporters I say this. Be careful what you wish for.
You're right, trump has some very complex mental issues. We see more evidence of it every day, and with every tweet storm.
Barack Obama had ZERO meaningful national level experience and no leadership or management history. Trump's resume blows Obama's out of the water. Still it is amusing as hell to watch leftist's blank out the last eight years worth of history. Cute.
Obama also never ran a multi-million dollar company into the ground, nor stiffed thousands of workers out of their pay, nor married an illegal alien, nor hired illegal laborers.
So you mean that he will be yet another utterly useless and clueless Barack Obama? - - - Updated - - - Yes . . . because ALL self-made multiple businessmen who've created business empires are notorious whimps; unlike all those ferocious Community Organizers.
He said he plans to take the weekend off and start on day 3. People get fired for skipping their first two days of work. Can we fire him now?

That's a lie. Can you tell us the truth about the debt and what caused it? I would bet a $1000 you can't; that you have no idea.
