The amount of negative bias that you have towards Russia is simply unbelievable, you have started so many threads.

Now, where to begin. I am from The Netherlands and most people on that plane were Dutch, I have also been following the investigation. If I am not rallying against Russia on this it should tell you that not everything completely adds up. One thing that is very important to remember is that Russia or the seperatists have no earthly business in shooting down a civillian plane, it's actually beyond stupid. Russia wants as little people as possible paying attention to Eastern Ukraine, kinda like how it is now. The absolute they and the seperatists want, is to have the whole world watching. You want nobody to pay attention so you can quietly go about your business.

From what I have last heard is that both Ukraine and Russia have been fussy about giving out information to the investigation, showing that something isn't quite right. However, I am inclinded to say that the civillian aircraft was shot down by seperatists. This however was an accident, the supposed recordings that were released ages ago shows that they thought it was a military plane. The Russian military would never want to draw attention to itself, they were not operating the system. They trained the seperatists to use the system and they were the ones that made the mistake. Assuming that what I have said here is the correct version of events.

Does this make Russia responsible for what happened? Not directly no, Russia did not shoot down the plane. They gave arms to the seperatists and the seperatists made a mistake, you cannot blame Russia for that unless other countries will also be held responsible for the weapons they sold. If we start using a loop hole like this then even gun shop owners are directly responsible for the murder commited with the weapons they sold.

You can tell exactly what part of Ukraine shall be subject to Russian occupation?

Relatives of passengers killed in the east of Ukraine in the summer of 2014 Malaysian "Boeing" won a lawsuit in the US court against Igor Strelkov (Girkin), who at that time commanded the forces of separatists from the so-called Donetsk People's Republic. The court awarded multimillion-dollar compensations to relatives, but the plaintiffs do not hope to receive them.
In total, the plaintiffs were awarded compensation of $ 500 million.
The claim was filed by relatives of 18 of the 298 dead passengers of MH17 flight one year after the tragedy on the basis of the "Law on the Protection of Victims of Torture", which placed him in American jurisdiction. In addition, the plaintiff Yasmin Kahler, who filed a lawsuit on behalf of the dead Shaki Panduvinata and Miguel Panduvaty, is a US citizen.

But the main culprit in the death of people is the fascist Putin, who is to be tried by an international tribunal.

Yuri Baturin said that the Malaysian flight MH17 was struck from the village of Zaroshchenskoye, which was controlled by Kiev. The anti-aircraft missile was mistakenly fired at MH17 by a Ukrainian military unit. Baturin has concluded that a Ukrainian “Buk” missile was fired from the village of Zaroshchenskoye.

The investigation team, which includes representatives of five countries, concluded that the Boeing 777 carrying MH-17 was shot down over the Donbas on July 17, 2014 from the Buk unit belonging to the Kursk 53rd Air Defense Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces forces. The head of the central department of criminal investigations of the National Police of the Netherlands Vilbert Paulissen said: "All the cars in the escort that accompanied the missile system belonged to the Russian armed forces." At the press conference, a fragment of a missile that knocked down a passenger airliner was also demonstrated. https://www.bbc.com/russian/news-44236284
Putin and his chauvinists probably can not get away from the factual material provided by the investigation. No wonder Russia was against the creation of an international tribunal for this crime.

The Russian Ministry of Defense put forward another version of those responsible for the crash of the passenger Boeing 777 in the Donbass in 2014. The Russian military claims that the rocket that shot down Malaysia Airlines aircraft belonged to a Ukrainian military unit.

The Kremlin continues to produce versions of one more ridiculous. Interestingly, Putin will come up with something else, but one thing is clear, deceitful Russia will not escape reckoning and retribution is inevitably approaching.

As the Russians used to blame the tragedy at Katyn on the Germans, resorting to outright lies, such as an investigation by the government commission of Burdenko, which blamed the Germans for the execution of Polish prisoners of war, today the Kremlin blames Ukrainians for the death of a Malaysian airliner.
