He wouldn't. Also one dem spouted off a litany of items that he wants the public to believe about Trump knowing Comey can't say anything right or wrong about them. Many of them could be fake news.

As far as the leaks true or false, they come from the New York Times and the Washington Post.

I think the odds are in my favor. Leaking classified information is a crime, who would hate the POTUS enough to commit that crime? A Liberal with the ability to disseminate that information. Hence why I want Lynch to testify before Congress on what she knows. You should be happy, I'm taking the investigation seriously.

How? Comey can't answer right or wrong.

Go ahead...show that they are right.

Let me give you a hint...no evidence.

No one expected them to give details today because the investigation into Russia is ongoing.

And don't you just love your no give a (*)(*)(*)(*) response? "And yet you've all been speculating"? And you haven't? That figures! Republicans and patriotism! Those two words never did go together. And now I know why.

Will accept that you cannot explain how transparency applies to intelligence agencies. Now if your question about rogue elements ( whatever that means) is actually do I approve of leaks the answer is sometimes. I approve if it reveals malfeasance within the government or if the classified information has nothing to do with national security but is classified for political reasons or to protect politicians from civilian prosecution. I do not approve if it actually harms national security.

My opinion is way too much is classified for no good reason.

Do you think The Intercept is "Bigfoot"?

“That all of these officials committed major crimes can hardly be disputed. In January, CNN reported that Flynn’s calls with the Russians “were captured by routine U.S. eavesdropping targeting the Russian diplomats.” That means that the contents of those calls were “obtained by the processes of communication intelligence from the communications of [a] foreign government,” which in turn means that anyone who discloses them — or reports them to the public — is guilty of a felony under the statute.” THE INTERCEPT, The Leakers Who Exposed Gen. Flynn’s Lie Committed Serious — and Wholly Justified — Felonies, By, Glenn Greenwald, February 14 2017.

Could it be completely fabricated by the DNC? What's more believable the Russian government collided with the most hated Presidential candidate in modern history, hacked the election at multiple locations and got him elected. Or the DNC had an insider turn information over to Wikileaks's, the DNC has insider killers then creates Russia story to cover their dirty laundry? Which one takes fewer moving parts and players?

It was the Democrats who originally started the Wiretapping silliness in the first place, now we have the Trump/Russia kerfuffle too which is now being shot down by..... well Democrats too:

Key Democratic Officials Now Warning Base Not to Expect Evidence of Trump/Russia Collusion...

    Selected Excerpts:

"The latest official to throw cold water on the MSNBC-led circus is President Obama’s former acting CIA chief Michael Morell"

"But on Wednesday night, Morell appeared at an intelligence community forum to “cast doubt” on “allegations that members of the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.” “On the question of the Trump campaign conspiring with the Russians here, there is smoke, but there is no fire at all,” he said, adding, “There’s no little campfire, there’s no little candle, there’s no spark. And there’s a lot of people looking for it.”

    and

"Morell’s comments echo the categorical remarks by Obama’s top national security official, James Clapper, who told Meet the Press last week that during the time he was Obama’s DNI, he saw no evidence to support claims of a Trump/Russia conspiracy. “We had no evidence of such collusion,” Clapper stated unequivocally."

    LINK to exposing Liberal silliness

Give it up Democrats, nothing here to run on.

The house is on fire, Trump is running around with a box of matches,

and the GOP demands to know who called the fire department.

I don't consider unnamed sources news worthy and I don't consider party disinformation trustworthy. Why do you blindly trust DNC disinformation but not RNC disinformation?

No, that's simply not how things work.

Its not how forensic security works.

Its not how intelligence investigations work.

You don't rely upon the unverified unaudited findings of a 3rd party company that has been paid to produce a result aligning with their customers narrative.

You might take them into consideration, but you don't use them as a foundation to make conclusions.

    Well, logical people don't.

Face it Mellobro, you've fallen hard for a scam.

Have not heard Trump say that. Some on this forum have cited other sources who have suggested that the Brits may have been tasked to interfere in the election. How much influence do you suppose Putin has over the Brits? ;-)

Then what are you basing the claim that the DNC refuses to turn over the sever on?
You think the DNC leaked their own email then killed someone to cover it up but pretend to be unbiased? Lol

Sanders and Stein supporters have learned not to trust the DNC - what's left? ;-)

“(2) The reasons no rational person should blindly believe anonymous claims of this sort — even if it is pleasing to believe such claims — should be obvious by now.

To begin with, CIA officials are professional, systematic liars; they lie constantly, by design, and with great skill, and have for many decades, as have intelligence officials in other agencies.” THE INTERCEPT, Anonymous Leaks to the WashPost About the CIA’s Russia Beliefs Are No Substitute for Evidence,Glenn Greenwald, December 10 2016,
