Should white people be discriminated?

So, it is OK to be white?
Are you ashamed to be white? Proud?

Is white skin a privilege or a curse, what do ya think?

 

Yes its okay to be white. I am happy enough with my melanin level. In this country in most areas, including Oregon, it is probably an advantage to have my skin tone.

 

It's clearly a privilege. Free coffee and newspapers!

Normally, as a white man, when I walk into a bank, they just throw money at me.
The other day, I disguised myself as a black man, and they didn't even let me in the front door.

 

Anybody living in most western countries who says it is a curse is a complete idiot. White people are not suspected for crimes and judged just because of their skin color that often, and it certainly has minimal effect on their lives. They get lesser sentencing, they aren't profiled and pulled over for no reason that often.

And it is wrong for anybody to do it. And there is nothing to be "proud" or "ashamed" of because of your skin color, you didn't do anything to deserve it, just the luck of the genetics

 

What about nonwestern countries? There are more of those then Western. Just curious considering the cultural differences and the effects of colonialism.

 

I believe in everyone's right to discriminate anyone they wish. As far as privilege and whatnot goes, I do not really share that worldview where being white means privilege and being non-white is equal to being oppressed.

Am I proud to be white? Hmmm. I do not really care tbh.

 

Instead of forever whining about white privilege, supremacy, racism, etc., it would be far more productive to spend that effort studying or working to improve one’s future.

Imo, there is some kind of “privilege” in every country: in Japan it goes to the Japanese, in Africa to Africans, in China to Chinese. So if anyone is so upset about other peoples’ “privilege” he might want to check out the countries where he, or she, might be more comfortable in terms of acceptance or “privilege.”

And, as far as being white is concerned, I'm happy about it. It’s all I know. It’s the way I was born. If anyone else doen’t like it, that’s their problem. I owe NO man an apology for that. In America, and most of the west, it’s a good thing to be white. In the eastern hemisphere it’s probably better to be asian. It’s stupid to focus on this sh!t.

It is no longer okay to be white. It is the most hated race on the planet. And, despite their contributions to science, medicine, the arts and the many inventions, they are only judged by narrow standards (i.e. slavery.)

It does not matter to the rest of the world that white people have lost many times the number they enslaved. Many times over whites were lost in no win international wars. Whites have provided more missionaries and more money to the world than the all the non-white world combined! Not bad when you consider that there are more Chinese in China than there are white people on the face of the earth.

But today? The average white person is a couch potato that hides behind a computer screen, buying into the MSM garbage. Even the "right" has taken up the cause of the left AND for selfish reasons. But to add insult to injury whites buy into the socialist mantra simply because outlets like Faux News has them believing they are going to make America great again. Yep, with news organizations owned and controlled by globalists / Council on Foreign Relations (Fox News), they really believe they have a handle on the world situation. So much for critical thinking skills.

The recent attack in Britain illustrates the point. All those white kids being killed and maimed and we accept it. Why? There, just like in the U.S., whites believe they can give their country away to the hordes of non-whites on the idiotic premise that we're all alike. Meanwhile many non-whites (in this case Muslims) hate the white people and must convert or kill them.

And what do whites do? They tell you they are social liberals and fiscal conservatives. Ugh. So, there are good Muslims and bad Muslims (NOT.) The whites demand worthless background checks, supposedly know which people are suspect, but do absolutely NOTHING to protect themselves. They are afraid of offending Muslims. And they love it when their leaders LIE to them about getting rid of Muslims.

They elected a spoiled rotten narcissist to tell them how he would ban Muslims only to drop that Islamic terrorist language from his lexicon really fast. And the nitwit tried unconstitutional means when he knows full well that the only way to ban 'em all is to get Congress to declare a state of war. That exposes the liberals and makes the issue a non-partisan one... not that whites will fight.

Oh, the social liberals / fiscal conservatives will go to war against their own kind and shut down white supremacist organizations when a single white supremacist commits an act of violence, but shake hands with a non-white and claim their own deserve to be slaughtered in the streets for being racist.

I'd get wound up on this issue, but it is a curse to be white. They have become arrogant, lazy, self centered and unable to use any critical thinking skills. They hate the foundational principles upon which America was founded and will side with the lowest form of creatures IF it addresses their pet agenda of the day - regardless of the long term consequences. And they will beat their keyboard keys, but never have the intestinal fortitude to face someone and spew the crap they say anonymously on the Internet. They would hang their own for a misdemeanor and hug the person that killed their children if he were of a different race. Hey, if Donald Trump was the best they could do, I don't need any more words.

 

Only judged by narrow standards like historical behavior towards people of color. Naaaaah, nothing at all to see there, move along, fuggedabowdit, that's was then, this is now. No long lasting effects at all, so just get over it, you white haters and realists.

Ashamed? No. Proud? What is there to be proud of? To me I am proud of graduating from college with a 4 year degree because I worked hard and earned it. I was born white so it's not like it was a huge accomplishment on my part as my parents had sex and 9 months later I popped out.

Sadly a privilege as I am treated better in some cases than those of color. IMO we are all carbon based lifeforms and can trace our linage back to Africa.

Dude, not long ago I saw a bunch of French people in the store. There was one girl, around 15 years of age, she was almost as white as a paper. I was stunned how white she was.
The English are pretty pale too.

You have to admit, the white race has become all but worthless. What other class of people work as diligently toward their own destruction?

 

Anything that a person has no control over they should not consider a privilege or a curse, it's just the hand you're dealt and what matters is how a person decides to play that hand that counts. Pride is considered by religious people as being a recognized sin. But you're really asking the wrong question if you want to talk about discrimination. Discrimination doesn't discriminate, it's not a one way street, nor is it limited to skin color.

Is it wrong to discriminate: No, discrimination is a natural path of survival.
Is it wrong to discriminate against a group of people in general just because they're different (by no fault or control of their own) to exploit them and gain an advantage over them: Yes
Is it wrong to discriminate against people that discriminate against other people: No.
Dose skin color genetically make some people better than others: Yes, relative to a specific circumstance, but never under all or any circumstance.

If I recall correctly the US was founded by hoards of White people that flooded in an stole territory from the non-White Natives. Those Whites didn't become lazy, they were lazy from the start, that's why they imported and welcomed non-Whites into the US to serve as a labor-force in return for sanctuary. Whites in the US are by far the largest majority despite the open-door policy. Whites didn't contribute anything to the world that they hadn't already previously stolen from Non-Whites. Everything you stated is off-the-mark of reality. White supremacists have been freely parading around since the Civil War in the US, do you think ISIS supporters could get away with parades in the US like that? Whites are not being overly "killed-off" relative to there races, instead they are being bred-out. The largest and most habitable land on Earth is between the North and Southern 30 degree marks, Whites naturally exist beyond those regions. So it is only natural that they began with smaller populations (because they originated from less habitable areas, and when the migrated they also are more likely to integrate outside of White race. However, there will always be "isolationist" (among every demographic) and that's fine, they just need to move back to where they originated in isolation to begin with. No wonder racist people are always so mad, they live in integrated areas that were never meant for them and then are upset that it's not like "back-home", well just move back home then (and then everybody will be happy).

 

It's not just as simple of "being White" to get money thrown at you. You have to also work in the insurance industry, the investment industry, the banking industry, or politics. Or, the all time example, be an exotic dancer.

 

Question is "just the luck of the genetics" a white thing or a person of color thing? As a brown person the only 'luck' I believe I've experienced is the birth lottery of being born in the USA.

You have waaay too much stuff in one paragraph. I'd like to offer a differing view on some of it.

1) White people came to this country and began colonizing in the 1600s. Of the 102 passengers on the Mayflower, nearly half died of starvation or disease within the first year of arriving here.

Many whites came here as slaves and no sir, they were not lazy. They fled persecution, torture and inhumane conditions. Admittedly they arrived here, as they like to phrase it today, as "illegal aliens." But they did fight the natives and claimed title by right of conquest. Right or wrong all governments recognize the right of conquest

2) Whites do remain the largest majority and I fully agree that the open door policy did not affect that. What does affect the racial balance is the white supremacists and their closet socialist buddies thinking that the only way into the United States is via citizenship. They have no concept of Guest Workers

3) You think I'm "off the mark" with my comments about white supremacists? Well, time to set you straight. In the 1980s I had a conversation with a Georgia Bureau of Investigation agent that ranked rather high. He told me that one in every 4 klansmen in Georgia was informing on the rest of the KKK. Back in those days, they held a major rally at the foot of Stone Mountain every year. THOUSANDS would attend. On week-ends you would encounter KKK members hawking their newsletter / newspaper at red lights around city squares near the courthouse.

Today, their rally site is a big, overgrown desolate place and the only reminder of their presence is a very small road named after the Imperial Wizard (?) and mostly black people live there. They're gone.

Anyway, I tried to imagine what would happen today had a few members of the KKK shown up after Dylan roof killed those people at a church in South Carolina. Kluxers would be strung up as they denounced Dylan because the black people would not tolerate them, no matter what they were saying. By contrast, some Muslims came running after the last terrorist attack and tried to make sure to try and distance themselves from those who committed the dirty deed. Whites did not try to hold them accountable for the actions of the terrorists

4) Whites are being killed off in no win international wars. They donate more bodies than any other single race / ethnicity. Whites lose ground because of immigration laws that favor the non-whites (though outwardly those laws try to appear neutral.) And, as you stated, racial intermarriage and whites having children with non-whites are the primary reason they are being bred out of existence.

I still have a problem with those who say the isolationist type of white is somehow wrong or evil. We do business with those from China and China is 91.6 percent Han Chinese. There are more Chinese in China than there are white people on the face of this earth. 98.5 percent of Japanese are ethnic Japanese. We have no problem with that. Our Mideast policy is to give the Israelis a homeland. What??? Yet the same principle is somehow evil if practiced by whites???

Finally, I do not understand white people. They bi+ch and wail about big government, taxes, and oppressive laws. They claim not to be racists, then demand a felony consequence to a civil misdemeanor if people cross the border without human registration papers. They will actually destroy families by separating them and sending the breadwinner to a foreign country, leaving the wife and children to become wards of the state over the father's inability to get papers to come here with.

If that isn't enough, they know full well that the political pendulum swings back and forth. One day the big government the whites lobbied for WILL be used against them and they do NOTHING to protect their ability to resist unconstitutional forces. Hell, most of those half wits (and that's a full quarter more than they really are) will hire the men, buy the guns and ammo and then train the people that will be shooting at them one day - all over a freaking piece of paper!!! And then they try to tell me they aren't racists. If they aren't, then strategically speaking, they are idiots.
