Rate Trump 1 to 10

On a scale from 0 (hopeless) to 10 (fabulous), how would you rate him?
(and briefly say why)
Personally I rate him '9'.
I'd have given him 10 but I didn't like his half-cocked gung-ho cruise missile blitz on Assad's airbase in revenge for the gas attack. Heck, everybody knows Assad didn't do it and was framed.

 

7, which is amazing given the united bipartisan opposition Trump is dealing with. I doubt that he can do much better unless he manages to purge the felons from the intel/police agencies.

 

Rating withheld until his budget is passed. Is there any item of his agenda been accomplished?

Ditto. I believe President Trump will succeed in spite of the shameful seige by the feeble minded left and their corrupt Rino co-conspirators. All of these attacks lack substance and will eventually subside. Donald Trump is destined to a great presidency.

Trump was elected to oppose the corrupt, entrenched, bipartisan political class and its failed government institutions and policies. A supermajority of Americans now fear Big Government.

Trump needs to reduce that clear and present danger - Americans will be very grateful if he can do that. The politicians that oppose Trump need to be challenged in the next election. Trump needs to tame his bureaucracy.

 

I would have to give DJ Trump at least a 2 if we can agree that Hillary deserves a 1.

4, Trump isn't as bad as everyone is saying, but he's not far off.

 

I would have to give him a negative rating of -10 - a threat to the nation and the world. The most dangerous politician in my lifetime. The most unprincipled thug ever elected to office. The greatest shame this nation has seen since slavery. The most dangerous man in the world and a greater threat to the US than ISIS.

 

I think even his haters greatly underestimate how dangerous he is.

He congratulated Duterte on the great job he's doing on drugs [thousands of vigilante executions] and invited him to the WH. What more do you need? He is siding with the Hitlers of the world and shunning our staunchest allies. He IS the enemy within. And the fact that he is President makes him the most dangerous man in the world - bar none.

 

Currently a 3.

He is a lout who continuously embarrasses us.
He doesn't have anything that resembles a work ethic.
He's lazy, indolent, and self-serving.
One of the most divisive presidents in history.
Doesn't have a clear grasp on foreign relations.
Hasn't passed any major legislation.
His agenda seems to be to cozy up to Russia while isolating the US from its traditional allies.
His Admin is deeply corrupt.
His primary goal seems to be to enrich himself.
He lies like a poorly made rug.
He has a seedy history.

He's a horrible president and in general a horrible human being.

Both presidents have condoned unfit leaders, both presidents have shunned U.S allies. and Trump is not siding with the Hitler's of the world, that statement is not verifiable and has no basis in reality. Is Trump a bad president? I think so, is he a threat to this country? absolutely not. It's rhetoric like yours that is pushing the left into electoral obscurity, the quicker you realize this the faster you can recover.

First on the list was cogradulating Duterte. Contrary to your claim that the statement is unverifiable, we have the actual transcipt of the call.

We have already heard Trump praise Putin for his poll numbers.

And during his Saudi stopover, he annonced that he was recieving the Egyptian strongman.

His transition team apparantly suggested a secure back channel to Vladimir Putin at the time the Russians and Syrians were dropping barrel bombs on Alleppo.

Yes, many Presidents have condoned unfit leaders for geopolitical reasons. But the Trump Adminstration has no geopolitical awareness, and no apparant foreign policy.

But Trump does admire cheap bullies, being one himself.

Trump became President by the razor thin majorities in some rural counties. A total of less than 100,000 votes.

That isn't validation or a ringing endorsement.

I'd give him a 5.5 — that's for his IQ

I'd give him a 3 — for effectiveness

I'd give him a number 2 — because that's what I think of him. He's a POS.
