Woman sends innocent man to jail for 7 years on a false rape charge !

The worthless sack of **** above (self described as a lesbian with no interest in men) accused over 15 men of sexually assaulting her. Jemma Beale, 25, twice told juries Mahan Cassim raped her after giving her a lift home in November 2010.

Mr Cassim was jailed for seven years following a retrial at Isleworth Crown Court in January 2012.

In Indiana, giving false testimony is a class D felony, up to 15 years. Not sure about that state though.

Then he can sue her as well for slander, lost wages because he definitely lost his job, pain and suffering, etc...and take al her property..

I say throw the book at this chick and put her in jail for as long as possible. I watched a fraternity brother get accused by an ex gf of rape and had to watch the whole thing play out. It was so ugly and it really made me think twice before accepting a rape charge by a woman. Sadly, it is a crime that goes both ways.

a leg to stand on, the convictions would preempt his lawsuit before it got to trial.

People like this woman are what make rape, especially date rape, so hard to charge and convict. Too many women see a rape accusation as a weapon to get revenge or something else they want.

 

Sounds like an awesome case of prosecutorial misconduct and perjury. As in the testimony of the above used to convict someone was a lie. Likely, the prosecution actually knew it, and precluded any exculpatory information from being presented by the defense, as is unfortunately quite a thing in the courts in the UK.

If not for a whole lot of folks criticizing the media accounts in this country, this could have easily happened both at Duke and UVA. This is what modern feminism has wrought. A world where the mere illusion of an accusation is sufficient to get a conviction.

 

What liberal policy is that? The guy got a fair trial, the creature posted above lied and a jury of his peers believed her over him. It's a travesty, but one devoid of any political leaning.
