    WOW!!! Amazingly skewed logic. If I had grown up with chickens in my house would you support my choice to be trans-poultry? I am not joking here do you realize the stupidity of this whole trans- anything thing? The die is cast at birth saying you are anything but that is insanity.

    This is a great idea. Think of the possibilities! A lot of companies and schools discriminate against white people because they want meet a quota, so this would level the playing field. I am now black.

    Someone's gender is what their DNA shows they are. What their genome contains. It isn't what they want it to be.

    were all of the human race, I have no clue if she has any "black" genes in her or not, maybe she does, like Obama has some white genes, America is the melting pot after all, so who cares

    Here's the problem. The left is now fighting to get rights for transgender people. If they fight for transracial rights where will that lead? A white woman that believes she's black can apply for black scholarships for college?

    Oh crap......this may sound good, hear me out. I want to be half black and half Cherokee Indian so I can qualify for stuff and get payouts from the casinos. I think I can make this work.

    That's the scientific reality that I wish it to be. There are XXY, XYY and a few other genetic variations, but virtually everyone is either male or female based on their genome.

    Intelligent people shouldn't think gender is whatever the LGBT advocates want it to be.

    I do wonder how colleges assess the Blackness or race of non-Whites for scholarships and other goodies and shortcuts.

    they do have dna tests for that, you can look white and still qualify if you have black heritage

    Without her doing a DNA profile test, we can't know for sure. But many Whites here commonly have 10% Black DNA. I wouldn't think that would be enough to qualify without obvious physical traits----natural physical traits.
